“Maybe, but some people sing better than others.” MJ gave her a look. She knew she was terrible at singing. Singing in the shower was one thing, but she would never feel confident enough to perform in front of anyone. “Oh god. I’d be roasted if I were on the internet! No thank you. I think any manager would run away screaming the second I opened my mouth.” She laughed, then shrugged. “It’s okay. I enjoy acting. That’s what my dream is.”

“Like I said some people just born with the gift of singing and doesn’t need to train to be better at singing or sing good. I’m glad that I borned with this gift. Singing is everything to me” Alison said with a small smile. She giggle at the other girl words. “Well you never wanted to be a part of a musical? Since you said you want to be an actress” she asked to the other. “Well then you should go for it. Did you already did some auditions to the threate here in Star City?”.

“I always wanted to sing. I tried, but it scared people off,” MJ said with a giggle, shrugging her shoulders. She knew what her strengths were. With more experience, she was becoming confident in her acting. Her auditions were starting to turn around and she was getting a lot of callbacks. She’d like to think that it wasn’t her looks alone. “Did you know Lady Gaga was actually a typo? Isn’t that amazing? And I’d rather do theater, to be honest. Movies… I don’t know. I don’t want it to be based on how I look. Theater takes… something more.”

“Well everybody can sing,to be real with you. Of course that if you were born with the singing gift is more easy,but everyone can learn how to sing” Alison said and shrug lightly. She shake her head. “No,I didn’t know. This is really cool. Gaga is iconic” she said with a small smile. She nodded. “Yeah. Sing is easy,specially that with internet you can post a video and a manager found about it. Movie takes a little while. But you never gotta give you from your dreams. Somethings are worth the wait. Specially dreams”.

“I am!” MJ grinned, but then laughed when Dazzler explained how she got her name. She was impressed to hear about the launch of her career, even though it made her a little jealous. “I don’t know what I’d go by, though. My friends call me MJ, but I always give my full name. Mary Jane. One of my directors told me it was a good name and I didn’t have to change it, but…” She shrugged. “I dunno, a little change might be good. I’ve auditioned here a few times, but this isn’t exactly a small town…”

“That’s nice! I would like to act too but now I’m more focus on my music career” Alison said with a small smile. “Mary Jane? People make fun of you because of the weed that people named it MJ?” she asked and giggle a bit. She nodded. “An stage name is always cool. The most amazing celebs are in the sucess because of their stage name. Like Lady Gaga” she said and giggle a bit. She nodded. “Well but you’re just aiming in theater or you want to do films and TV shows too?”.

“Oh?” Komand’r spoke as she sat down in her living room chair silently. Eyeing the women, she leaned back in her chair as she bit her lip gently. “ Well I certainly don’t know why someone would send you here unless you pissed someone off but I could use your assistance. My friend’s daughter is having a Quinceanera, A very important day and our last band didn’t catch up to standards in etiquette.”

“Yeah. They gave me your address and that I could talk to you about an party,I don’t know” Alison said and shrug. “I don’t piss off no one,I’m certainly of it” she added with a frown not remember any complaining. She nodded at the other girl offer. “Quinceanera. I’ve been in some of this. Its a nice celebration” she said nodding her head. “Sure. Do you have the date?”.

Komand’r stood quietly observing the town from her tower window, the bright lets and everyday human life still interest her. A world falling apart yet it won’t bend to it’s knees and beg for heroes to come forth. Something she found absolutely fascinating. In the mist of her observation, she heard a creek on the floor causing her violet eyes to snap slowly towards the person. It was an everyday thing for her, she either gets threatened or hired on. Men and women walking in and out her house was a daily thing so breaking in was the least of her worries. “Are you here to threaten me or buy information?”

“What? No” Alison said and frowned. “Somebody gave me this address and said that you wanted me and my band to do a show here. You were the one that contact me? If not,I’m sorry,but they really gave me your address” she said still frowning a bit confused. “My name is Alison,by the way”.

“Thanks.” MJ made a face and dropped her purse on the ground as she sighed. “I dunno if I can call myself an actress if I’m only going on three auditions a month, but fuck it. Sure. Nice to meet you, too. Dazzler, huh? I like the name. Maybe I need a stage name.” She shrugged, flipping open the menu. “I heard that the theater scene here was a little easier to break into than the one in New York.”

“No problem” Alison replied with a small smile to the other. “Well at least is a start. You’re aspiring actress then?” she asked to the other. “Anyway I’m sending you good vibes in your career” she said smiling to the other. “Dazzler was the name of my band but then people mistaken the name of the band with me and then I became Dazzler too” she said and giggle a bit. “An alias name is a good thing to start the career” she said nodding her head. “It makes sense. All the greatest artists became famous in a theater from a small town.This things take time. Did you made an audition there? Maybe you should try”.

After the ban was put into place Lucas felt that the world needed heroes more than it did before so that’s when Lucas decided to build his suit and become Batwing. “glad i could help,” Lucas said with a smile. “My name is Lucas, and you are?” he asked extending his hand towards the other.

“It wasn’t too much crash or anything,but thanks for the help” Alison said with a small smile looking at the mask boy. The backstage where she rehearsal with the band was a bit damaged but at least it wasn’t much things damaged. “Right. I’m Alison or Dazzler,whatever you want to call me”she said and giggle a bit. “You’re risking your hero alias to help us when it wasn’t too much damaged. But I appreciate the help. Thank you again”.
