Ohhhh that could be fun!! Imagining some sort of scenario where he was captured or otherwise somewhere without food for quite a while... maybe trying to survive somewhere barely survivable after his plane went down idk. Poor guy is so weak and exhausted and underfed that they give him a tube to make it easier... exceeept he starts to show symptoms of refeeding syndrome pretty quick, and everything just got a lot harder ;)
