Biceps from Home🏡 ____ I went to visit my folks and trained in the garage where it all started for me. I saved and saved to build a small circuit gym in their garage. This is where my mother encouraged me to hold bootcamps. I soon had 3 groups of 10-15 ladies 3x/week. It was a blast and I miss it. ____ If you don't have Dumbbells (I'm holding 8lbs. in each hand) you can grab gallon water jugs or paint cans😂seriously✋🏼I've used it all! ____ These are my favorite bicep moves💪🏼 Slow, controlled and be sure to focus on mind/muscle connection before moving up in weight. #getit #bicep #homeworkout #lvft #teamlvft

Oh, ya know 💁🏻 just over here prepping for the Olympia expo 😆🍔! Everyone's been talking about balance lately and balance to me is working hard in the gym so I can drink a glass of wine, eat a burger once in awhile and not think twice. Since I'm not prepping at the moment, I go back to the mind set I had before my fitness career, "I'm gonna do sprints and lift heavy so I can enjoy food"...Intuitively eating is a nice change and it's working nicely for me (mentally and physically). Reevaluate your situation and realize cookie cutter diets aren't the end all-be all... You can look great and enjoy food! Remember that!
