Fight Traffic Ticket in Toronto
http://profferedapp.com has researched various Ontario insurance companies to find out what the most common traffic tickets are. The latest number from 2012 demonstrates that speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to wear a seatbelt, improper turns, running red lights and careless driving in that particular order appear to be the top 6 in Ontario. If you want to perform additional research on what each means please check out Insurance Hotline.
We are not surprised that speeding has topped the list. I think all of us can admit that we have sped above the limit once in our lives (yes, by mistake counts as well). Usually people don’t speed, just to break the rules. Either we are in a new part of the city, and are not aware of the maximum allowed speed is. Or we are simply in a hurry and know the speed limit and are breaking it to a certain extent just so we don’t get caught. Either way, they are both considered speeding.
The moral of this article is, try and obey the posted speeding limit, and if you don’t and you get caught, make sure to fight that ticket. More on that later.
