“Hey Karly!” said Morgan, as he was dashing away from Champaigne. Karly had always had feelings for Morgan. Little did she know Morgan had always had loved her. When he ran by, Karly was walking with her best friend, Lilly. Prom was this weekend, and Karly didn't have a dress or a date. Karly desperately wanted Morgan to ask her. It didn’t happen. Yet. Lilly already had a date. Her boyfriend, Benny. (He asked her with a pizza and breadsticks in the words “Prom?” Benny knew she loved food. ) Her other friend , Tess, was going with her boyfriend, Anthony. (Anthony didn't do anything special, just asked her) Karly wanted to go, but she thought people would judge her if she went without a date. She was sick of waiting, She marched up to him with balled fists. “Morgan, I ha-” She was cut short with the words “Karly, just the person I was looking for. I have a question.” “I do too.” She said. “I’ll go first. Will you go to prom with me?” He asked. “That's exactly what I was going to ask! Yes!” She said. She was elated. “Would you like to go to the movies tonight with me?” He asked. “Of course!” “Ok see you tonight!” She walked to class. She couldn't talk to Lilly or Tess because they have different classes. When she got home she yelled “MOM I'M HOME! I'M GOING TO THE MOVIES WITH A FRIEND!” “OK!” She ran upstairs and put on a t shirt, leggings, and uggs. Morgan picked her up at 6. She jumped in his pick-up. Karly got a text. “Going to movies with Benny, turning off phone.” “Lilly is gonna be there, but we don't have to tell her we’re there.” “Ok. Don't tell her. Me and Benny aren't on the best terms.” “Oh ok.” She texted back “Oh ok, have fun! Don't get pregnant!” She got a text back “lol ok.” They got there. They parked behind Benny’s Chevy. It was raining. “Here take my sweatshirt.” He handed it to her. She put it on and they ran inside. They got inside and got the tickets. He put his arm around her. They sat behind Lilly and Benny and threw popcorn at them then hid. Benny and Lilly made out the whole movie. Morgan and Karly held hands. After the movie he dropped her off at Lilly’s. She was staying over so they could go dress shopping the next day. Benny dropped off Lilly a bit later. Lilly walked in the door wearing his sweatshirt. Like usual. “It. Is. So. Goddamn. Wet. Out there.” Lillys mom was staying at her boyfriends house. So Benny stayed over. They raided her beer cooler and played beer pong. Then they went to bed. The next morning they cleaned up the house and went shopping. Benny went to go get his tux. Lilly picked out a short, yet frilly champagne colored short dress, and black boot heels. Karly picked out a beautiful long dark blue dress with a black belt and silver heels. They were getting their hair and nails done at Salon B. Lilly was getting an updo with silver nails. Karly was getting a curly down-do with blue nails. Benny and Morgan were wearing black tuxes. Benny and Morgan picked them up at Lilly’s. Tess was already there. Karly and Morgan got there and started dancing. It was 2 hours in when King and Queen were crowned. Lilly and Benny. Lilly was only popular because Benny was a star basketball player. 15 minutes after that, Lilly walked up to Karly and said “We’re going to “celebrate”. Can you catch a ride with someone?” “No problem.” she said. So she watched Benny and Lilly,, hand in hand walk out the door into the girls bathroom. Morgan and Karly went back to dancing. He whispered “This was the best night of my life.” “Mine too.” She said back. Then he disattached and kissed her. The rest of the night was blurry for both of them. Someone problably spiked the punch. They went to her house and watched funny movies. 3 weeks later “Karly. I need to talk to you. It's really important. Let's go to the tower.” “Ok.” Karlie and Lilly walked to the tower. Where Lilly and her old boyfriend used to hang out. “Karly, close your eyes.” Lilly said. She closed her eyes. Lilly grabbed something out of her pocket. “Open them.” Lilly was holding a pregnancy test.
