Coin Dozer Vs Cookie Dozer
Coin pusher or coin drop machines are favorites on arcades and fairs. If you are one of the many people who grew up playing this game, you can now experience the same fun, without actually using real coins (so if you’re addicted to it, you don’t have to worry about putting a hole in your pocket).
Game Circus is one of the developers that brought this arcade type of game on mobile platforms. Coin Dozer and Cookie Dozer are two of their most popular applications. Let’s compare the two apps and see which is better between these two.
Coin Dozer vs Cookie Dozer

How the Game is Played
Since the two games were derived from the same arcade game, their basic gameplay is the same. The main difference is that instead of dropping coins, you will be dropping cookies in Cookie Dozer. You are given 40 coins or cookies to start with. Tap on the platform to drop them. You can drop up to four coins/ cookies at the same time. This will push the coins/cookies on the platform and make them fall on the slot so you can collect them. However, some of them would fall on the side.
There are also prizes or treats that appear on the platform together with the coins. In Coin Dozer, they are different kinds of toys such as fish, cars, bears and sunglasses. They come in four different colors. Collecting all four colors in one set will give you a star that would give you better bonus. In Cookie Dozer, different pastries can be collected including pies, cupcakes and cheesecakes that come in six different flavors.
Collecting all six in one set will give you one star, which will also give you better bonus. You can upgrade these bonuses to 6 stars. Coins and cookies regenerate every 30 seconds. Coin Dozer has a shake meter, which when filled can be used to shake the machine to drop more coins and prizes on the slot. It also comes with puzzles to complete. These two are not available in Cookie Dozer. In-app purchase of cookies and coins are also available.
Platforms
Both applications support iOS and Android device. However, Coin Dozer supports more platforms as it can also be played on Facebook and Windows 10. As of this writing, Cookie Dozer does have a Facebook or PC version.
Graphics and Interface
Both games have intuitive user interface. The options would tell you immediately what they are for. For instance, the number on the upper left side is the available coins or cookies you have and the number on top with an XP meter is your current level. But when it comes to graphics, Cookie Dozer is way better than Coin Dozer. The coins, machine and prizes on Coin Dozer are more like for kids. Cookie Dozer has an eye-catching graphics. The cookies, cakes and other treats look real (and yummy). The machine is also made up of cake and frostings, making it more pleasing to the eyes.
Tumblr media
Music and Sound
Coin Dozer and Cookie Dozer do not have background music but you will hear a sound when a coin or cookie drops, as well as when one is regenerated. So when it comes to the sound area, both are on the same page.
The Winner
Coin Dozer has more options as it comes with a shake meter and puzzles. But when it comes to graphics Cookie Dozer is way better. The puzzles are unlocked when you upgrade your bonuses but they do not really add to the challenge of the game. Dropping coins can get boring after sometime. While it’s the same with dropping cookies, the cookies and treats on the platform would make you forget that you are just doing the same thing over and over. So for me, Cookie Dozer is the winner.

Coin Dozer Tricks and Tips
Tumblr media
Coin Dozer is an arcade type application that you can play on your iOS and Android device for free. It is also available on Windows 8 and Facebook. The game was inspired from the real coin dozer games played on arcades, parks and fairs. The gameplay is pretty basic.
Tap on the moving slide or on the upper portion of the platform where you see several coins and a coin will be dropped on that direction, pushing the coins that are already on the platform. Your goal is to drop the coins, special coins and prizes on the slot. While this is an easy game to play, there are still some Coin Dozer tricks and tips that you might find helpful to level up and unlock more bonus and puzzles.
Drop Three Coins at the Same Time
Instead of dropping one coin at a time, it’s best to drop three coins simultaneously as this gives more force when they are dropped on the platform. This makes it quicker to push the coins and prizes on the other end and be dropped on the slot. Coins that are dropped on the slots are added on the number of coins that you can drop.
Drop Coins on the Side to Keep Prizes in the Middle
There are various prizes that you can collect in the game including bears, cars, fish and sunglasses that come in four different colors. Collecting all four colors will give you bonus so it’s important to drop them on the slot when they appear.
When the prizes are not dropped in the middle, try dropping coins on both sides of the platform until you push them in the middle. This will prevent the prize from being dropped on the side since if this happens, the prize will not be added to your collection.
Use the Coins Shaker
Coins that drop on the side of the platform still have their use, though they are not added to your coin balance. They fill up the shake meter on the right side of the screen. When the Shake Meter is full, you can tap on it and it will shake the machine so coins and prizes on the edge will be dropped on the slot. Use it only when there are prizes or special coins that are near the slot to ensure that you get them. Else, save it for the right time.
Use Your Wall Coin Wisely
There are different types of special coins that you will encounter in the game. Some of them give additional coins, while others would make several special coins appear. One of these special coins is the wall coin. The wall coin will bring up a temporary wall on both sides of the platform so coins and prizes will not fall there. But this only lasts for a few seconds so use it wisely.
A good Coin Dozer trick is to drop the wall coin only when you have enough amount of coin; at least 10 or more. With this, you can drop several coins on the platform to push more coins and prizes on the edge while the walls are still up. If you do not have enough coins, wait for them to regenerate. You get one coin every 30 seconds so it would take only a few minutes to get more.
Get Unlimited Coins
Coins are available for in-app purchase though this may not really be necessary since it doesn’t take too long for coins to regenerate. But in case you can’t wait to get more coins and you do not want to buy coins with real money, there is a trick that you can do. Close the game and change the date on your phone by adding one month on the actual date. Try playing the game again and it should give you 40 coins to start with.

Coin Dozer for Computer
Tumblr media
Coin Dozer is an application that was inspired by coin drop or coin pusher games that can usually be seen on arcades and trade fairs. It can be played on compatible iOS and Android device.
Coin Dozer for computer is also available for those who are using Windows 8. If you do not have this operating system, you have the option to play it on Facebook or you can use an emulator that will let you play mobile games like Coin Dozer on PC.
Play Coin Dozer on Windows 10
If you are using Windows 10, go to Windows Store to download and install Coin Dozer for free. Wait for the installation to complete and start playing the game. On the main interface, you will see the coin dozer machine, as well as the different options.
On the upper left side is your coin balance and below that is the button for the coin shop. This is where you can make an in-app purchase of coins if you wish to add more on your balance. On top of the window is your level and on the right are prize, bonus items, menu and shake points.
Coin Dozer for PC
Tapping on prize will show you the list of prizes you collected as well as information on what you can get if they are upgraded. You can have more coins, special coins or prizes, as well as shorten the regeneration period of your coins by upgrading them. Clicking on bonus items will give you the option to purchase these items using dozer dollars, as well as purchase more dozer dollars.
These dozer dollars can also be earned when you unlock puzzles, though it usually takes time. Click menu to adjust the volume. It doesn’t have background music but you will hear a sound when coins are dropped and when a coin regenerates.
Click on the moving slide to drop a coin. You can drop up to four coins simultaneously by clicking four times fast. These coins will push the coins and prizes to the slot so you can collect them.
You get additional XP for this, which will help you level up. This will unlock more bonus and prizes. Coins that drop on the side will increase your shake points. You can use this to shake the machine so it will be easier to drop those that are already on the edge of the platform.
Play Coin Dozer on Facebook
You can also play Coin Dozer on Facebook. It’s specifically called Coin Dozer Social on the site. Log in to your Facebook account and search for Coin Dozer Social to start playing.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can always sign up for one. It’s free, fast and easy to get an account. Wait for the game to load and begin dropping coins. It has the same gameplay as the mobile and Windows 10 version.
But the difference is that the Facebook version does not have a shake meter. It has background music, which is something that the mobile and PC version do not have. Also, instead of completing the puzzle on the carnival, you need to collect machine pieces in order to unlock other machines that you can play on, which come with different themes.
But basically, you still have to drop coins and push the other coins and prizes on the platform to the slot to get them.
Use an Emulator
Emulators are programs that allow you to play mobile games like Coin Dozer on your computer. This is helpful especially if you do not have a compatible mobile phone or there is no version available for your computer. BlueStacks and YouWave are some of the emulators that you can try.
BlueStacks
BlueStacks gives you access to Android games that you can play on your computer. It’s free and you can download it from its official website. Find the downloaded file and double click to install. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Once done, launch the program and click on the My App tab. Complete the short account verification and click on the search option once finished. Type Coin Dozer and click install next to the title of the app. After the game is installed, go back to My App tab and double click on the game’s icon to play.
YouWave
YouWave is also like BlueStacks that let you play Android games. You can get it for free on its official website. Download and install the application like you normally install other programs on your computer.
Launch the program and you will have the control panel on the left side and the Android window on the right. Click on the Apps Store on the control panel and search for Coin Dozer on the right. Install the game and begin playing.
