Prabhas Visits His Village For Late Uncle Krishnam Raju's Condolence Meet; Lakhs Of People To Attend

Prabhas traveled to his village Mogalthur in Bhimavaram on 29th September to attend late uncle Krishnam Raju's condolence event. In the video which has surfaced on social media, the Baahubali actor is waving at the fans as he arrived at his native. It is believed that arrangements for about 75000 to 1 Lakh people have been made for the condolence meeting for the late Krishnam Raju.

The veteran Telugu actor left for heavenly abode a couple of days ago at the age of 83 after battling some health issues. The Radhe Shayam actor was inconsolable at the funeral as he and his uncle were very close. Krishnam Raju is also credited with introducing Prabhas in Tollywood with the 2002 film Eeshwar. These two even shared screen space in Radha Krishna Kumar's directorial Radhe Shyam.

Up next, Prabhas' lineup includes Prashanth Neel's directorial Salaar opposite Shruti Haasan, Om Raut's Adipurush along with Kriti Sanon, and Nag Ashwin's Project K with Deepika Padukone. Talking about Project K, the highly-anticipated drama will have Hollywood stunt directors as part of the crew. A source close to the development said, “It’s set in the future and revolves around the timeline of World War 3. The film has as many as 5 prolonged action blocks and in a one-of-its-kind strategy, the producers have hired multiple action directors to design the epic battle unfold on the screen. The action scenes in the film are of such magnitude that giving it to just one action director would not do justice to the vision. Every action block of Project K is equivalent to multiple action blocks in a feature film. And that’s the reason why four to five different action units are working on the film.”

Additionally, Prabhas has further collaborated with Bhale Bhale Magadivoy fame director Maruthi for a yet-to-be-titled drama, launched with a pooja ceremony some time back.

Pooja Hegde Channels Her Inner Diva In A Beautiful Green Gown

Pooja Hegde has successfully established her status as a fashionista with some impressive dress choices both on and off the screen. Recently, a video of the Radhe Shyam star garnering eyeballs in a sleeveless green gown has made it to social media. Her high bun and light makeup enhanced the look. This latest ensemble of the Beast star was for an event in Hyderabad. The star even dropped a few sneak peeks from the evening on her Instagram account.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Pooja Hegde will be seen sharing screen space with Mahesh Babu in Trivikram Srinivas' directorial SSMB28. While the makers have concluded the first schedule for the much-awaited drama, the latest buzz surrounding the project is that the second schedule of the movie will start on 10th October this year. 

The  Sarkaru Vaari Paata actor shot some intense action sequences in the initial schedule for SSMB28, which were choreographed by AnbAriv masters. S Radhakrishna has bankrolled the film under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations, while ace musician S Thaman has scored the music for the movie. PS Vinod has headed the cinematography department for the drama. For the unversed, the actress has previously worked with the superstar in the 2019 action drama, Maharshi.

In addition to this, Pooja Hegde has also been roped in as the leading lady in Puri Jagannadh's directorial, Jana Gana Mana. She has been paired opposite Liger star Vijay Deverakonda in the forthcoming action entertainer. 

Now, coming to her Bollywood lineup, Pooja Hegde has two exciting movies in the making including Salman Khan-fronted Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Cirkus along with Ranveer Singh.

Coolio, Grammy Award-Winning Rapper Passes Away At 59; Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube And More Pay Tributes

Coolio, rapper, producer and actor who was best known for the 1995 hit Gangsta’s Paradise passed away on Wednesday. He was aged 59.  The news of his passing was confirmed by longtime manager Jarel Posey as per Variety. The rapper's manager also released a statement about his death following which tributes have been pouring in for the artist.

The statement released by the late rapper's manager said, "We are saddened by the loss of our dear friend and client, Coolio, who passed away this afternoon. He touched the world with the gift of his talent and will be missed profoundly. Thank you to everyone worldwide who has listened to his music and to everyone who has been reaching out regarding his passing. Please have Coolio’s loved ones in your thoughts and prayers", via Variety.

Coolio became one of the most famous rappers in the 90s and it was his song Gangsta’s Paradise that was recorded for the 1995 film Dangerous Minds starring Michelle Pfeiffer that brought him massive success. The song was nominated for record of the year and best rap solo performance at the Grammy Awards and also won in the second category. 

While fans of the rapper mourned his loss on social media, Coolio's fellow artists from the industry also paid heartfelt tributes. Ice Cube tweeted, "This is sad news. I witness first-hand this man’s grind to the top of the industry. Rest In Peace." Snoop Dogg also expressed his grief in an Instagram post as he wrote, "Gangstas paradise. R. I. P."

Tanushree Dutta Claims Someone Tried To Poison Her, Multiple Attempts Were Made To Kill Her; Report

Tanushree Dutta is one such name who has never shied away from being vocal about her problems. She has always voiced her opinion, be it the Me Too movement or talking about her personal life, and taken a stand for herself. Earlier this year she was in the headlines after she shared a cryptic post seeking help. She claimed to have been harassed and targeted by the ‘Bollywood mafia’. Apart from this recently she shared yet another post and accused Nana Patekar, his lawyers, his associates, and his Bollywood mafia friends and now in a recent interview, the actress claims that multiple attempts were made to kill her in different ways.

According to reports in the Times Of India, Tanushree Dutta in a recent interview stated that the brakes of her car were made to kill her in different ways after she spoke about sexual harassment. The actress revealed that the brakes of her car have tampered multiple times while she was in Ujjain. Tanushree further revealed that she has recently met with an accident and it took her a couple of months for her to recover from it as there was a lot of blood loss as well. In fact, she went on to claim that someone once tried to poison her.

Elaborating on the episode, Tanushree said that a maid was planted in her house and she eventually fell sick. The actress suspected that something was being mixed with her water.

Talking about her note that she posted earlier, Tanushree Dutta wrote, “If anything ever happens to me let it be known that #metoo accused Nana Patekar, his lawyers & associates & his Bollywood Mafia friends are responsible! Who are Bollywood Mafia?? Same people all whose names came up frequently in SSR death cases. ( note that all have same criminal lawyer).” She further added, “Do not watch their movies, boycott them totally & go after them with a vicious vengeance. Go after all the industry faces & journalists who planted fake news about me and PR people too behind the vicious smear campaigns. Go after everyone!! Strange World Trailer: Jake Gyllenhaal And Dennis Quaid Take Us On An Adventure Of The Clade Family

A new trailer of Strange World has been released by Disney and the upcoming animated film looks exciting enough as it follows a family of legendary explorers, the Clades. The film revolves around three generations of the Clade family who overcome their differences while exploring a strange and oftentimes hostile world. The film's voiceover cast includes Jake Gyllenhaal as Searcher.

Dennis Quaid can be seen voicing Searcher's larger-than-life explorer father, Jaeger whereas Jaboukie Young-White as Searcher's 16-year-old son, Ethan, who also joins his father on the adventure. Gabrielle Union voices Meridian Clade, an accomplished pilot and Searcher's partner in all things. Also included in the voice cast are Lucy Liu as Callisto Mal, Avalonia's fearless leader.

The Strange World cast had recently assembled for the Disney Animation panel at the D23 Expo in Anaheim. Speaking about coming on board for the film, Jake Gyllenhaal said, "I've always wanted to be in a Disney animated movie so it's kind of a dream come true." Lucy Liu also spoke about her character and added, "I was so excited to play such an amazing character. She's fearless, she's tough, she's a leader, she's someone I would inspire to be."

Strange World is helmed by Don Hall co-director/writer Qui Nguyen who previously worked on films like Raya and the Last Dragon. The film is all set to release in theatres on November 25, 2022. In India, the film will be releasing several languages including English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
