Today I want to share an article on a 13 Year old boy named Karanbir Cheema who died from a allergic reaction to cheese and he was allergic to dairy products but someone thought this was a joke to have him in contact with the cheese by flicking it to his face. Karan was taken to the hospital but he did not survive. A 13 Year old boy who the police suspected murdered Karan was arrested but released on bail. My heart goes out to the parents of Karan and it must have been painful for them to see their son die. Let this be a lesson to everyone that allergies are not something to laugh at and if you were to pull a prank on someone with allergies your putting that person at risk for death so please do not think that allergies are not a big deal when they are and parents do not want to see their child die from an allergic reaction. Bullying those with allergies does not make you a tough person it shows you are careless and also accused of being an attempt murderer like the 13 Year old boy who was arrested. The mother of the attempted murderer should be ashamed of herself to think that her kid was not bullying Karan but was playing around with his friends. All aside people with allergies are just like typical people so we should never be excluded because of what we can or cannot eat.

For all you coffee lovers do you always wonder what drinks you can order from Starbucks? Well today I will show you which drinks to purchase and of course you have to add either soy milk or coconut milk which is available at Starbucks. For the lattes always ask to clean their pitchers and to sanitize the machine if you have severe allergies to dairy products and watch the Barista's make it. For the frappuccinos make sure you tell the barista's to clean the blender cover so they don't mix with the diary products and tell them no whip cream in the frappuccinos. Here are the drinks you can purchase at Starbucks that I would recommend that are non dairy and allergy friendly. Also sadly I would not recommend the caramel macchiato or pumpkin spice latte since they contain dairy. 1. Cascara latte (limited time only) 2. Gingerbread latte (limited time only) 3. Soy vanilla latte (you can also have caramel syrup but no caramel sauce since it contains dairy) 4. Cinnamon Dolce frappuccino 5. Iced vanilla latte (you can use caramel syrup if you like it more than vanilla syrup) 6.mocha frappuccino 7. Cinnamon Dolce latte 8.Caramel frappuccino 9. Cafe Mocha

Hello everyone today I will be giving you the recipe on how to make gluten free quesadillas with dairy free cheese. For those who are vegan you are able to make this without any use of meat but this recipe does include chicken. These quesadillas are gluten and dairy free and very allergy friendly which means no nuts and eggs as well.
What you need: A pound if chicken breast chopped 1 onion finely chopped 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped 2 bell peppers diced ½ cup of cilantro finely chopped 2 packs of allergy free fajita mix ½ cup of water 1 of dairy free cheddar cheese grated
1 pack of gluten free corn tortilla shells
Instructions - in a non stick pan on medium heat cook the chopped chicken breast thoroughly by stirring it carefully.
- After the chicken breast is no longer pink and cooked through, add the vegetables which are the onions cilantro, peppers keep stirring until the vegetables are tender-crisp
- once the vegetables are cooked thoroughly, add the fajita seasoning mix in the pan with the water and stir until the seasoning thickens.
- In a small pan on medium heat put one corn tortilla shell in the pan and and let it warm up for a couple of minutes.
- once the corn tortilla shell warms up take a handful of shredded dairy free cheese and put it on the corn tortilla shell then add your chicken quesadilla mix to the tortilla as well.
- Since the corn tortillas are not big enough to fold , you add another corn tortilla on top of your chicken quesadilla mix.
- check to see if the cheese is melting if not do not flip the quesadilla but keep checking every minute to see if the cheese is melting
- if the cheese is melted enough, take a spatula and flip the quesadilla over make sure to lower the heat while flipping so the tortilla shells do not smell to smokey.
- Once the tortillas are slightly browned remove the quesadilla from the pan onto a plate and cut into wedges then once it’s not too hot enjoy!

Hello everyone today's recipe is going to be a vegan carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. This is totally gluten free, dairy free and no eggs so it is suitable for vegans as well as those with severe allergies so let's get to it Vegan Carrot cake Ingredients for cake - 2 and half cups of gluten free flour - 1 cup of sugar - ¼ teaspoon of salt - 2 teaspoons of baking powder - 1 teaspoon of baking soda - 3 tablespoons of cinnamon - 1 teaspoon of vanilla - ⅓ cup of vegetable oil - 1 cup of any non dairy milk - ½ teaspoon nutmeg - ½ cup of applesauce - 2 cups (240g) grated carrots Ingredients for frosting - 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese, softened (such as Tofutti or Trader Joe’s brand) - 1/3 cup of canola or vegetable oil - 1/2 - 3 cups powdered sugar - 1/2 cup flour (optional for thickening) Instructions for cake - Preheat oven at 325 degrees. - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. - In a separate bowl whisk the applesauce, milk, vanilla, sugar and oil. - add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix them together (if the batter is too dry add more milk or if it's too wet add more flour). - Add the grated carrots to the batter and mix it in the batter. - Bake for 30 to 45 or do the toothpick test if comes clean that means it is done and let the cake cool in the pan afterwards. Instructions for frosting: - To a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, oil and beat or whisk to combine ingredients. - Then add powdered sugar and stir until thick and spreadable - Add flour at the end to thicken (optional - or just more powdered sugar) - You want this frosting to be pretty thick so it won’t slide around, so keep adding flour and/or powdered sugar until it reaches the right consistency - Put the frosting in the fridge for at least 10 minutes so it can cool down before spreading. - after frosting is cool use the rubber spatula and spread the frosting on top of the cool down carrot cake. Then of course enjoy your vegan carrot cake.

Hello everyone today recipe is going to be vegan doughnuts and these are baked doughnuts not fried. These doughnuts are also gluten since I do have a gluten and wheat. Also they are nondairy and egg free for those who are allergic to dairy products and eggs, also did I forget to mention how delicious they are. Now here’s the recipe.
Baked Vegan Doughnuts Dry Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour ½ cup sugar 1 ½ tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. (scant) nutmeg 1 dash cinnamon
Wet Ingredients: ½ cup soy milk ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar ½ tsp. vanilla extract 2 Tbsp. apple sauce) ¼ cup vegan margarine
For the glaze: 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1tbsp non dairy milk 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients with a whisk to mix thoroughly.
Combine the wet ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat and mix until the margarine is just melted. This mixture should be just slightly warm to the touch.
Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until just combined. It should form a very soft dough.
Using a tablespoon, scoop dough into an ungreased nonstick doughnut pan.
Smooth out the top of each dough with your fingers―this will make for more even, prettier doughnuts but isn’t crucial.
Bake for 12 minutes. They should not be browned on top, but a toothpick will come out clean.
Invert the hot pan over a cutting board or cooling rack to release the doughnuts.
While cooling pepare the glaze. In a bowl, mix the confectioners sugar, non dairy milk and vanilla until smooth. Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and place on a serving dish. If desired cover with sprinkles or cinnamon and sugar.
