One must always look their best, although that probably comes natural to you. The young male laughed and shook his head. “No, it doesn’t, trust me. You haven’t seen me in the morning,” he said and grinned, then shook his head. “I get it, but I’m certain you would look sharp if you didn’t wear it, too. Why wear something that you’re only in pain when wearing, you know?” he asked and looked at her, with a casual shrug of his shoulders. “Besides, I’m pretty sure you would look sharp, and beautiful, whether you wear heels or not.”
“how many poor women in high heels have you said that to?” azula teased, turning around with a mischievous grin. “careful now, i’m on to you and your wiles.” she chortled, wagging a finger playfully.

Oliver raised an eyebrow at her and laughed, shrugging his shoulders before he followed the dark-haired female as she had started to walk in her normal pace again. I’m much stronger than I look. “I don’t doubt that at all,” Oliver said and he chuckled as he looked over at the petite dark-haired female. He stuffed both of his hands into his jeans pockets, looking over at Azula before shrugging his shoulders casually. “So, why do you wear shoes like that?” he asked and looked at her with raised eyebrows before a laugh escaped the young male’s lips. “I mean, I know it’s not because they’re comfortable, because they are clearly not that. So, it must be something else that makes you want to wear it.”
azula looked up at the taller man, her stilettos clicking against the street. “well, i’d like to look sharp, and it amplifies my appearance.” she said plainly, gesturing at her satin dress, and heels. “one must always look their best, although that probably comes natural to you.”

“Maybe,” Oliver spoke and shrugged causally. These infernal heels do a number on my legs. He looked at her when she stopped to massage her calf and he raised his eyebrows at her curiously. Crossing his arms over his chest, he looked at her with a smug expression on his lips. “Why on Earth do you girls walk in shoes like that? I mean… They obviously hurt,” he said and narrowed his eyes a little as he nodded towards the shoes. “I have not seen that, I’ll admit,” he said and chuckled softly. Tilting his head a little to the side, he stepped in front of her before he turned his head and looked at her. “Get on, I’ll carry you there,” he spoke, nodding towards his back. “It’s not that far, after all.”
“oh please, oliver.” she spoke, shaking her head vehemently. “there’s no need for that.” she stated, continuing at her normal pace. “i’m much stronger than i look.” though, holding onto him looked tempting, azula would not allow herself to look like a fool in front of an attractive acquaintance.

“I work at Ye Olde King’s Inn as a bartender,” he spoke and grinned widely, shrugging his shoulders casually. “And I’m a part time college student as well,” he said and grinned, the expression on his lips widened and as he sank his teeth into his bottom lip. “What about you, princess?”
“i’ve been there a couple of times, maybe that’s why you look so familiar.” she noted, pausing in the middle of the sidewalk to massage her calf. “these infernal heels do a number on my legs,” she sighed. “and to answer your question, i’m a stage actress. currently playing the antagonist in heathers: the musical.”

kori was on her way home from work, still clothed in the uniform provided by the shop and producing an aroma of cold brew with every step. it wasn’t the best of her mien, that kori could admit, but fashion was one of the last objectives on her mind. her thoughts were drifting off, her now-brown eyes darting between every stranger’s face, all alien to the woman. it was indubitably her fault when the two bodies collided, and she was more than prepared to express her apologies … until she noticed just who she had walked into. kori wasn’t known to be catty, but even she had her moments. “ i’m certain you’re apt enough to understand that was an accident, but i fear an apology will be wasted on you. ”
azula’s smirk didn’t falter as her amber eyes bore into hers. “now, now. let’s not be so hostile, koriand’r.” she chortled, wagging her finger. “keep it up, and you’ll receive low marks on our friendship board,” she taunted.

groomed brow cocks, a questioning glance shot in the opposing girls direction. is she for real ? the hotheaded blonde was immediately irritated by the holier than thou behaviour of the opposing female. “ WELL, given the fact it was merely a suggestion, i’m going to have to pass. “ allowing her shoulder to press casually against the wall, the petite blonde leans her weight into it. “ last time i checked you weren’t the QUEEN, so like everyone else you can step around me — i’m not moving for some stuck up little princess. “
azula raised an eyebrow, grinning mischievously. “wow, someone’s touchy,” she smirked, sauntering closer to the blonde. “did someone have an off day?” she pouted mockingly, eyes like daggers.

“oh, don’t be silly!” assuming that the other was kidding around, she landed a light punch on her arm. “i’m cloe — you know me, right? angel, drama mama … the super cute, blonde one in bratz!?” her face dropped in utter confusion. cloe was more than shocked that anormal person didn’t recognize her; the bratz were one of the biggest girl groups in the world, or so she thought. “er, anyway … what’s your name?”
azula’s eyes widened, rubbing the spot where she was touched. “i do not know what a cloe is, and what the bratz are.” she sneered, scratching her head. “i am azula, and i think you need medical attention.” she said tartly, checking the blonde’s forehead for a fever.

Peter’s grin widened and a chuckle fell from his lips soon after. Tilting his head a little to the side, the male shrugged his shoulders when she said who he was and where he lived. If it isn’t Peter Parker of 17b. “In the flesh,” he spoke and smirked as he looked at her, and the smile that was still plastered on her face made his own grow. What makes you think you’re my favorite? “Come on, Az, I’m everyone’s favorite, you know that,” he said and chuckled, throwing his hands up in the air in a playful manner. just coffee. as a matter of fact, you’re joining me. “Okay then,” he said and grinned, licking his lips quickly before nodding his head as she said he would be joining her. “How are things with you then, eh? It’s been a while since I’ve seen you around,” he spoke, his voice gentle.
“work has taken up most of my time.” she sighed, putting a hand to her temple. “now, let us celebrate our reunion by ingesting an ungodly amount of caffeine.” she drawled, walking towards the local cafe. “put your wallet back in your pocket, peter parker.”

“What can I say, I’m an odd person,” he spoke and smirked as he glanced over at the girl he was walking next to. Well, I am Azula and I am walking home. Oliver followed her move and stopped, grabbing her hand and turning it before lifting it to his mouth. leaning down, Oliver pressed a quick peck to the top of the hand. “Nice to meet you, Azula. I’m Oliver.”
soft lips brushing against her skin made azula stiffen up, her eyes widening in surprise. “oliver,” she repeated. “what is it you do when you’re not following women home?”she rasped.

“Don’t you worry, I’ll be more than able to keep up,” Oliver spoke and grinned widely, looking over at the girl next to him. Why you would go out of your way to follow a stranger is beyond me. Do tell, brown eyes. The grin on his lips widened and he shrugged his shoulders casually as he kept his eyes locked with the road ahead of them. “I don’t know, guess I’m just in a good mood,” he said and chuckled softly as he stuffed his hands into his pockets. Oliver was a good guy. “Besides, I don’t really have anything else I need to be doing, so…Why not follow a pretty lady like yourself wherever you need to go?”
pink hues stained azula’s pale cheeks as she continued to walk, averting her gaze from his. silence fell upon her until she composed herself enough to speak again.
“what an odd thing to do when one is in a good mood,” she said tartly, hands smoothing her dark hair. “well, i am azula and i am walking home,” she said plainly, halting momentarily to stick out her hand.

“azula!” ty lee turned, a typical grin on her face. she shifted quickly, not really bothered by the request, no matter how harsh it might have sounded. it didn’t sound like azula was actually angry or upset after all. if anything ty lee found some inspiration in her confidence, even if she would never act that way herself. “where are you going? somewhere important?”
azula turned to her roommate, amber eyes flickering at her girlish features. “oh, ty lee, ample timing.” azula spoke, resting a hand on the other’s shoulder. “i was about to go on a mindless shopping spree and i frankly needed a second pair of eyes and arms.” she said, smoothing the creases on her dress. “plus, we could get you something, as well. something aside from the explosion of pink in your closet.”

turning towards the voice, sabrina was a bit shocked by the rather IMPOLITE statement. her feet remained in place, a raised eyebrow apparent as she looked to the woman. “is that so?what’s the MAGIC word?” she exclaimed, a simple ‘please’ surely was not asking too much
azula eyed sabrina curiously, raising an eyebrow. “i don’t understand,” she frowned, crossing her arms. clearly surprised her statements were ineffective on the blonde. “why aren’t we moving?”

DID THIS person own the s i d e w a l k— or this entire city ?? smile cracked onto plump lips, brows pressed together. phone had been in her hand as she was taking an aesthetically pleasing photograph of beautiful ivy growing up a wall. “should i just lay here until you step on, princess of NEW ORLEANS ??”
princess. the word made azula stir, faint memories of being called a princess caught her off guard and for a split second, she was at a loss for words. quickly snapping out of it, a smirk returned across her lips. “wow, someone’s feisty.” she chortled, studying the redhead in front of her, “come now, post your little photo and calm down.”

“Mhm? Is that really how you speak to your co-star? I understand that our characters hate each other, but I don’t want that.” After getting stuck in this body, MJ did not want to make any enemies. She felt as if that would ruin any potential friendships that this girl had. And she really did not want to fight anyone. “I was wondering if you wanted to run lines?”
azula raised her eyebrows, giving a slight nod. “my intention was not to offend you,” she replied, yawning lazily. “perhaps i do come off as abrasive.” she mused. “running lines? i didn’t know you were so sedulous. very well.” she smiled.

“Oh, am I now? Well, I’m very sorry, love,” Oliver spoke, with a smirk on his lips, taking a step back so that she could walk past him. He looked at her with raised eyebrows and a grin on his lips. “You seem to be quite uh, determined to get somewhere I guess. Want some company on your way?” he spoke and shrugged his shoulders casually before he started to slowly move, not really waiting for a response from the dark-haired female.
azula glanced at the brunette walking alongside her, her eyes lingering on his robust form. “very well, but keep up.” she shrugged, walking in her usual brisk pace. “why you would go out of your way to follow a stranger is beyond me.” she mused, a smirk tugging at her lips. “do tell, brown eyes.”

You’re in my way, I suggest you get out of it. Turning around, Peter looked at his neighbor and he tilted his head a little to the side, crossing his arms over his chest. “Is that a way to talk to your favorite neighbor, Az?” he asked and looked at her with raised eyebrows and a soft smile on his lips. Taking a step to the side, he used his hand to guide her past him. “Go on then,” he spoke and bowed his head, in a bit of a mocking manner but it was all just him trying to be playful. “Where are you off to in such a hurry? If you don’t mind me asking.”
azula whipped around to find the young man bowing his head. something in her began to unravel, something familiar. she recalled bowing, a throne, and heat. lots of it. shaking off the surreal images in her head, she returned her thoughts to the man in front of her.
“if it isn’t peter parker of 17b,” she mused. her smirk still plastered on her face, amber eyes burrowing into his. “what makes you think you’re my favorite?” she teased, taking a step towards him. “just coffee. as a matter of fact, you’re joining me.”

@elegvnces :
large, innocent and more than confused doe-eyes met the other’s gaze, a grin of relief now taking over her features as she realized she wasn’t the only one in this unfamiliar setting. “thank god.” she squealed, arms finding themselves wrapped around the other’s frame in a tight embrace. “i have been looking all over for you … or anyone, really.” a high-pitched chuckle filled the air; cloe found it hard to contain her excitement, and chose to completely ignore the other’s tone because of it. “so, where are we?”
azula struggled against the blonde’s iron tight embrace through muffled breaths as her eyes widened in surprise. “what are you babbling about?” she huffed, straightening the creases on her dress. “i haven’t the slightest idea who you are,” she said, shooting the stranger a piercing look.
