Starting to experience very high anxiety when anyone brings up my eating habits or thinking of what to eat, I normally have anxiety. But anxiety towards food makes me feel kind of child like and I don't like arguing with my boyfriend over food that I will or will not eat. I call my anxiety Nosilla.... Nosilla, please go away

💟I encourage everyone to listen to their bodies. When you're genuinely feeling ill or have headaches or strange pains; your body is telling you that it needs something. Whether it's vitamins, water, sun, a change in room temperature, rest or anything of the sort I ask that you please do that for your body. Even though their starving we need to show love and kindness to them. Stay hungry and love yourself cuties😘💟

Couldn't resist a snack: Tuna (80cals)
Total: 810cals

I kind of feel like I'm spiraling, I couldn't stick to my new cal budget so I tried fasting to reset, and I screwed that up too. Sticking to my normal 1,000cal budget for today so I can feel like I'm doing something right😅
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 avocado (416cals)
Lunch: Dr. pepper zero
Snack: smoothie (200cals)
Dinner: 1 plantain, egg (379cals)
Total: 995cals...at least i know I can still do this easily. Maybe I'll try lowering to 800cals a day rather than 500 nd see how I do.
I should really run today but I feel tireeeddd 😖😖

Just my thoughts..
Until recently, the last time I weighed under 200lbs was in 5th grade at 188lbs. The next time I weighed myself I was at 214lbs in 7th grade and I stood in the 205-250 range throughout highschool. I now weigh in at 183lbs and I'm starting to see all of these positive changes in my body. My goal clothes are starting to fit me and I want to be happy and proud of myself; and I guess to a certain degree I am..... But until I see a flat stomach I feel like I'll always see that fat little 5th grader staring back at me knowing I was meant to be thin. I just want so badly to be skinny. (I do not have an ed)

I was doing so great.... Alcohol is my weakness 😖😖😖 but hey, it's Sunday Funday im not gonna beat myself up too much. I did great the rest of the week. Time to start a new and forget about today's catastrophe.
Breakfast: Water

Dinner: 6 Mini golden potatoes (135cals)
Screw up: Spiked Seagram (560cals)
Total: 695cals
Not my worst day but today was supposed to be a fast... In times like this where you mess up more than once a week just remember to be nice to yourself.

I am so embarrassed by my SW🤢...I do not have an ed but I have been losing weight eating less that 1000cals a day (more recently 500cals a day but not consistent) and I enjoy seeing posts of extremely thin girls and low calorie diet inspiration to keep me motivated ☺️

Her delicate collar bones look beautiful, they compliment her dainty shoulder. I love the very small waist and she still has some shape to her hips. And the way the bones of her wrist show I'm almost envious. Her tummy is so flat, I would live and die for something like that. Last but not least I'm in love with the look of the long slim legs. Stunning.

I haven't been here in a while so here's an update. I am 20 years old and I live with my boyfriend. I restrict as much as I can without having anyone question how much I'm eating. Even then my boyfriend's mother constantly asks if I'm starving myself.... No, but I wish I was.
