“measures the sensitivity of the image sensor.“ In this image we see a rainbow getting brighter and darker. Changing the IOS is changing the sensitivity to light in this image.

“the distance between the nearest and the furthest objects that give an image judged to be in focus in a camera.” In this image we see a flower in focus, while the background is blurred. The focus of this image was the one flower.

“In photography, shutter speed or exposure time is the length of time when the film or digital sensor inside the camera is exposed to light.” In this image you see what a moving image would look light at 3 different shudder speeds.

“In optics, an aperture is a hole or an opening through which light travels. More specifically, the aperture and focal length of an optical system” In this image we see how the focus changes when the aperture gets smaller and bigger.

Title: Untitled film still #10
Date: 1978
This image doesn’t have a title.
I would make this title “Pride.” It appears that the woman in this image has dropped her bag. Instead of loosing her pride, she picks it up and looks very serious. Not upset just doesn’t want to be messed with.
This is Cindy Sherman in the image.

Title: Untitled #104
Date: 1982
Like most of Sherman’s work, she doesn’t title it. I think she does this to let the person viewing this imagine make up a title.
If I were to make up a new title for this image I would choose “lurking.” She seems to be looking at something, but not about to say anything. She’s just lurking.
There’s not really any info on this image

Title: “Untitled #129”
Date: 1983
When I first looked at this image I had an abundance of thoughts about what the picture could mean. There’s no title on the image to tell me which one of my thoughts were right or wrong, so I think Sherman choose no title to the the imagination think.
My new title would be “Waiting on the world” the woman in this image looks very  upset about something. She has her arms crossed and she seems to be somewhat rolling her eyes. When you look closer her eyes have circles underneath them.
