Honestly don’t know how I dated someone who said they regretted being with me, constantly missed their ex and wrote poems about it, and probably cheated.

You’re really not even worth thinking about anymore.

Song Kol, Kyrgyzstan 

This hike was short, two days, but so nice. It was kind of a whim that I followed up on as there was time before my 9 day hike began to Khan Tengri. Stayed two nights in a yurt, ate a lot of bread and jam, and drank black tea.

I am trying to remind myself that there is so much more ahead for me. This sadness is a moment in my life and it’s okay. I don’t have to be on the same timeline as everyone else. I’m in no rush. I know there is so more out there for me.
