I have to say that this one of the best lamb rack I've ever had. The texture of the cut @maison_es was simply amazing though I was a little confused by the fried bean curd sheets by its side. This is another favourite of mine! The Brown Sugar Pearl with Milk at @yifangtea.central Can you spot the drink? 😆 The brown sugar is very fragrant and the milk 🥛 creamy but not too strong. In my quest for a delicious bowl of Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup 🍜 this month, I was recommended to join the long queue at @jiuwubeefnoodleshk 👌🏻 . This restaurant was recently opened by Laurinda Ho (thank you so much 🙏🏻), who had imported ✈️ her favourite beef noodles all the way from Taipei!!!🤗 . The first thing that caught my eye, as I walked into the bright and pristine restaurant, was the huge mural of yummy Q Q (that bouncy and chewy texture) noodles 😆. . It was great for me was that @jiuwubeefnoodleshk provides the option to exclude the tripe and tendons for the enjoyment of chunky pieces of lean meat! The broth was also layered with a good combination of stewed beef stock and house-blend spices which made the noodles all the better! What a great bowl of noodles for anytime, rain 🌧 or shine ☀️. . Following the simple yet delicious sourdough bread slice @goughsongough , we were served our appetisers. It was a rainy day hence the Leak and Potato Soup. I had been wanting to visit @goughsongough for some time now and I was pretty excited 😆 when a client of mine had invited me for lunch at this fine establishment. . It really felt as if we were walking into a 💃Versace Fashion House🕺 And what caught my eye was how @timothyoulton ‘s intentional juxtaposition of the beautiful rustic wooden dining bar that was elongated by bronze antique mirrors amongst the whimsically decadent feather, leather and marble embellishments.
