GIF - Kinetic of the Phantom Object
Before we create our Kinetic Phantom object, we had to study our movement in my case “foot walking on the treadmill” from our previous project in Time studio “Doing Easy” First, we create a simple GIF of dots or lines as presented above from 12 sets to understand well the movement, then we made few sketches based on the GIF. After that, we made a simple prototype of the sketch using cardboard before going to the wood shop.
The wood shop was definitely new frightening but exciting experience to be, I enjoyed taking the measurements of the pieces before going there and study well the movement in order to be able to attach all the parts correctly. I also enjoyed studying the movement and trying to figure how does the mechanism of this object work, also how I used technology to produce a manual project. By the end of the day, this was one of the best projects I enjoyed doing.

Art History Final Project -Museum
For the Art History final Spring project, we were assigned to create a museum from A-Z that consist of three elevation museum that has paintings of three art periods, in my case (Neoclassical, Romanticism, Realism) and create brochure for the visitors. In this image the project is not completed yet but the main structure is, besides the three galleries I made a coffee shop on the second floor that looks like a balcony, I am planning to cover the sides with wood sticks for the air to pass through,  and the area below will be full of grass as an area for resting. I also made a gift shop since it is my favorite part in the museum and an un-completed reception. Moreover, I added this shape of window at the third elevation to create an identity to the museum for all the visitors or who ever passed by it to remember.

Interior Design Project _Cat Chair
The final prototype of my Cat Chair in the Interior design project, to achieve this  I was inspired by my seating position in the kitchen above the freezer next to the refrigerator when I usually enjoy watching my family eating like a cat, so I to design my chair based on this concept. There is on closed area at the back of the chair to keep my privacy the other areas are opened to let me engage with others and few leaders to step on them to reach the chair.
Since it was a short class, I think that the idea could be developed to suit me and the place located in properly.

Frottage
In this project we were assigned to blend in and render the tracing we made in the previous classes. I honestly had a struggle in this project within my-self because I tend to blend the charcoal perfectly however what we had to do was the complete opposite. The objects I used for tracing were extra wallpaper and ceramics that I found at the back of our house, I enjoyed looking for objects that we no longer use but we made a great use of it in this project.

Tissue Issue
In the final Surface studio project, I was paired in group with Maha Nabina. We were assigned to find a location and place a tissue box in it that tells a story, our journey began with choosing Sazeli Turkish restaurant in Qatar Mall, exactly at the mini Bazaar located there but then we pushed our idea a little bit further and more crazier when we decided to do a mini photoshoot of our tissue box in the whole-sale market, that we are not used to visit.
The experience we encountered while we were there was amazing and different regardless of our weird situation of being there dealing with the total mess and smell. But, I think that me and Maha have enjoyed the experience to the most everything there was new to us.
The spirit of the place had its influence on the outcome of the images and that what we liked the most

Masquerade Grand Prix
This is the spoon that I have made for our Masquerade Grand Prix play from Poly foam. I used the bandsaw in the wood shop to cut the basic structure of the spoon, then I removed the inside part and polished the extra side parts with the knife. Finally, I have painted it with layers of acrylic silver paint.

Tissue Issue
For our final tissue box, my friend Maha and I choose to buy fake sheep fur from IKEA that has a link to the location we were shooting in “Butcher shop” in the whole-sale Market, because of the meet and blood of the sheep that is found there. My friend Maha took a close-up photos of the fur, then I adjusted the images to fit the tissue frame.
Me and Maha choose to print the tissue box on glossy paper instead of mat, because the place there is very messy that could easily ruin the tissue box before we come up with the final best photo.

Mobile Sculpture
Balancing! is what we did in this suspended sculptor that reacts to the air around. Besides choosing the right place to a hole to balance the sculpture, we also had the opportunity to add more shapes into each level of the sculpture.
The new skill we learnt in this project that I think it helped us a lot throughout the year was cutting precisely and accurately using the knife although I have used the knife before. At first I literally struggled and my hand started to hurt but then we all managed to cope with it.
