Lucy Hale, Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings...?

Lucy Hale: Usually I see her like a pretty neutral character, though she always has that kind of roughness to her. I’d like to see her more as a shy, clumsy kind of person, maybe even so naive she gets played a lot.

Okay, I’ve never been in an rp with the 5SOS boys, so I don’t know what the trends are for them, so I’ll just go ahead and tell you how I’d play them:

Ashton Irwin: I would probably play him as some kind of nerd. Probably a comic book and/or sci-fi nerd. Someone totally terrible at flirting (like stutter, palms sweating, etc) and someone who’s so eager to have friends that they’ll do anything to get someone’s approval. 

Luke Hemmings: This cutie I’d play him as the manipulative kind. Someone who looks sweet and innocent but on the inside he always has an ulterior motive. He always sees what he can get from people and makes a strategy on how to get it.

Obviously, these personalities would be a bit more fleshed out in an rp so they don’t end up being clichés, but yeah, that’s my take on these FCs!

In my opinion, this guide is long overdue. Many “how to play an LGBT+ character” guides are written by cishets based off of incorrect knowledge, poor research, and a general lack of understanding.

A lot of admins and roleplayers, as well as writers in general, have expressed interest in creating and playing nonbinary character but are either afraid of being offensive or are actually offensive.  So, I will go through several sections not only on how to play these characters but about nonbinary people in real life.

This is a very personal subject and everyone experiences their own trans-ness differently.  Also, full disclaimer, I’m very tired and very passionate and have NO filter so some of this might not make sense or might surprise you.

While this guide might seem very long, I feel like I’ve barely touched on a lot of the stuff I wanted to discuss.  I encourage further research and I would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Just one day I want to be that person where people wonder where I’ve been all day when I’m not alone, where some people get instantly so happy when they see me online, where people build crushes on me because of what they learn about me, where people want to get to know me and fly across the world to see me. Shoutout please?--19th century Europe was not yet ready for the discoveries of the Brothers Grimm and so they hid in the German countryside for 200 years. Then, a girl released them from their spell and unleashed every fairytale into this world. Now Hansel & Grethel, Rapunzel, and many others live at Grimm Castle, no longer bound by the situations fate ordained them. We're accepting next week!
