I am constantly looking at ingredients and for truly natural items. If I can't make it I buy it. So I bought this before I found Youngliving and I have used it sparingly because I love the smell and the non toxic ingredients. The best to support and sooth a sore throat! 1 tsp organic honey 1 drop peppermint vitalityEO 1 drop lemon vitality EO 1 drop frankincense vitality EO 1 drop orange vitality EO Ingest mixture straight and then sip on warm water! Seriously Works wonders! I just gave some to my hubby and he said it really soothed his throat (he got the crud going around) *You can also add 1 drop lavender vitality EO if you want to take it before bed!

Peace and Calming = My new perfume! Add some V-6 Carrier oil to 20 drops of Peace and Calming in a 10ml roller bottle and Wahlah! I also dropped a drop on my new Lava | Herkimer Diamond necklace! Tangerine | Orange | Ylang Ylang | Patchouli | Blue Tansy ☆BE very careful with the citrus family oils in UV light (Sunshine) it can cause sunburn super quick.

When you get your rollers in the mail take lunch to make your first set. I Love them! And can't wait to pass them out! #Tranquil (my first attempt and might have to tweak it a little as I used fractionated coconut oil, 20 Lavender, 20 Cedarwood and 10 Roman Chamomile and it's a lot darker then the original tranquil) we'll see how it smells tonight before bed if I need to thin it out... #StressAway #HelloClean (6 Lavender, 9 Lime, 9 Lemon & 6 Rosemary) #PeaceandCalming #Tranquil
