And just like that, the sunny attitude dissipates. Vanessa previously (and begrudgingly) consented to shorten her beloved sister's name to what could be construed as an affectionate substitute for 'Elliot' but only because it was feminine and charming at the same time.

She just stared at her sister, giving her a you-got-to-be-kidding-me look. Sighing heavily, Elliot looked at the gown before her sister, “Nessa, listen to me,” she frowned, crossing her arms, “Leo’s awake and I’m not letting him see me in that outfit.” The heiress pointed to her over-stuffed suitcase, “I think…you’ve done enough with the gowns when I left the manor to go Latowidge.” Her cerulean pools gave an apologetic look, “I’m sorry, but I’m not wearing it. Not while my servan’t awake.”

Porcelain fingers daintily pinch the shoulders of quite the dazzling gown, the garment all cut and sewn from soft blue satin and detailed with delicate pearls and beading. The elder sister is no doubt doing her utmost to coax Elliot into surrendering her boyish lifestyle for just a single night.
