How We Came Up with a 20- Minute Workout that showed results in just two weeks!
How many times have you googled to find a doable 20 minutes workout that you can squeeze in your daily schedule?
Even if you have found that workout, how religiously have you followed through with it? We live in a very time bound schedule specific world where 24 hours are always less in a day. This has a massive impact on our health, which is the most neglected aspect of our lives when work and responsibilities come to the forefront.

So, having set these parameters in, we went about experimenting with different forms of exercise HIIT, HIT, strength training, resistance training, balance training, circuit training etc.
HIIT can be termed as the latest fad in the health-conscious circle, although extremely effective, it did leave us gasping for our breath and sweating up a pool. Which is not a very desirable look and feel if working out in your office gear is your only 20-minute option!
Same was the case with maximum of the varied exercise form.
But luckily, we stumbled upon one combination which checked all out boxes- HIT Strength training!
