After playing the game, I immediately thought how it feel for Rambley to be projected upon a wall, engulfing the person outside. How it would feel to be so close to touching the other, but yet not. I wonder.
too many people taking my video's presentation of "good vs bad" endings to mean "dispel your fantasies, become real, get a 9 to 5" and that's kind of upsetting. like, no, getting stuck in neverland is the bad ending because i have real friends and can make more, its existential suicide. its a story abt reconciling my inexorably childish nature with growing up, rejecting neither part of life.
although I am attracted to the idea of a secret ending where rambley gets to grow alongside me. a lot of people suggested some secret path where I need to do a lot of extra stuff to put him on a USB drive and take him with me but I think that story would need to conclude with him being let free onto the internet, so he's not held hostage in my computer where he can always just be turned off, and he can get companionship from other people so he doesn't need to depend on me anymore.
