"We are going to the the place," Noa confirmed with a determined nod. 

"They're quite delicious," she explained, going on about the bacon rolls distractedly as she snagged her bag from the hall table and dug out her keys. "Bread sheets, sort of, with bacon laid flat on them, then maple syrup. The bakers roll them up and bake them off like cinnamon rolls, and finish them with the glaze." 

She paused for a moment at the chivalrous display, then took his arm with an little smile, delighted by the certain amount of charm their interactions contained. 

        “I’ve no idea what you’re on about but I suppose we could, yeah.”

    He has yet to think of a proper nickname for Noa, but right now he just wants to call her princess. It’s silly, he knows, and probably creepy as all hell, so he decides he’d better not and settles for offering her his arm instead. “M’lady.”

so the last week has been crazy busy with orientation. it's felt like a few months not a few days, but i am home for the weekend! i'll be heading home tomorrow afternoon. 

still getting used to the radical change of environment and i am meeting new people, thus the lack of activity on my roleplay blogs.

i am now officially on a secure wifi connection there 

literally no one here wears shoes 

classes start monday, so i'll be busy since school is the priority 

however, i am going to do my best to stay on top of things.
