Nooollllaaaaaaannnn!!!! Thank you for this. Gah. I love Eddie's obsession with biting Buck. Maggie and I actually had a convo about it the other day and it was so fun. It's one of my fav HCs that I have.

Buck can't help but smile as he gazes down at Eddie. He's perfectly content with his head resting in Buck's lap, fingers combing through his hair. Eddie's eyes are closed, face settled into one of relaxation, body slack against the couch. Buck isn't even sure if Eddie is awake, to be honest. Not that Buck is complaining. There's nothing to do. Dinner had been eaten and cleaned up. Laundry completed. Chris was happily playing games in his room. Buck had been reading on the couch when Eddie had shuffled in, planting himself on the couch with his head on Buck's lap like it belonged there. Then he had dragged Buck's hand to his head and closed his eyes. Taking the silent cue, Buck had started to play with Eddie's hair as he read. He's since put the book down, happier to stare down at his boyfriend's face. Slowly his fingers come to a stop and his other hand rests on Eddie's chest, feeling the gentle rise and fall there. "Don't quit it or I'll bite." Eddie murmurs, telling Buck that he is not asleep like he thought he might have been. And the thing is, Buck knows Eddie means it. He actually will bite Buck. He has before. Plenty of times. It started at some point in their friendship, where Eddie would just...bite Buck. It had been a bit startling the first few times, and Eddie had been slightly embarrassed, but Buck had assured him quickly it was fine. The relief that spread over Eddie's face had been confirmation enough for Buck that he'd made the correct choice. From there, it became a normal thing. Instead of words, Eddie would bite Buck. He became comfortable with it. Even more so when they transitioned from friendship to more. Buck also learned quickly that Eddie is a biter in bed and that he personally loves having marks scattering his body left behind by Eddie's teeth. But most of his biting is actually done outside of the bedroom. Eddie tried to explain it one day but he couldn't. He settled on the fact that Buck is biteable with a shrug. Buck had kissed him and told him that was enough for him. The most memorable time had been when the two were laying in bed, Buck's arm tucked under Eddie's neck and curled around his chest. Eddie had turned his head and sunk his teeth into Buck's bicep and then fell asleep latched on like that. Buck had ended up with drool and a lasting mark, but a happy and content boyfriend so he had no complaints. Apparently Buck is too lost in his thoughts because Eddie is taking the hand on his chest and lifting that arm towards his mouth. Teeth sink into Buck's arm -- not too deep or even painfully, just a playful nip -- and it startles him back to reality. "Hey!" "Told you." Eddie murmurs, nipping at Buck's arm again. "Don't quit." "Sorry, sweetheart." Buck chuckles, moving his fingers once more through Eddie's hair. "Better?" Instead of offering a response, Eddie bites Buck's arm once more, presses a kiss to the spot, and then places the hand back down on his chest, his fingers laced together with Buck's. Chuckling softly, Buck just shakes his head. If his boyfriend wants to bite instead of speak, that's totally fine with him. He loves Eddie either way.

I am barely hanging on by the tips of my fingers with the reaccuring pain, the changes to my medical situation, the waves of grief, and general issues...but Buddie can help with all of that (as will my procedure on Tuesday to relieve that main but shh) so have some of that. Buck thinks being with Eddie is the best thing in the world. He was so happy when he and Eddie were nothing more than best friends, really, he was. But then the two of them crossed that line into something more and it was like Buck's world had completely flipped upside down. Even more so than when Tommy had kissed him in the loft that one fateful night. Now Buck gets to have Eddie in any and all ways. He gets to be the reason for that stunning smile that appears on Eddie's face, lighting him up from the inside out, honey brown eyes radiating love. Buck thinks being with Eddie could cure all the bad things in his world. It's just... Buck isn't used to being with someone who is so in love with him back. Not to say that's a bad thing! It's not. Buck loves that he's loved. It's a wonderous and beautiful new thing that he's never had before. Abby had sort of kept space between them in public; he thinks its because of the age difference. Ali wasn't around enough for them to really be out in public. Taylor was always hunting for a new story and so her focus was only really on him when they were in private. Natalia was more fascinated by his death than anything. And Tommy just...wasn't into PDA. He wasn't really into affectionate touches at all, actually. And honestly, Buck thought Eddie would be a bit more reserved. Sure, he'd held Ana or Marisol's hand when out and about, kissed them on the lips or cheek no problem, but Buck is a man. And Eddie fought years of repression to get to where he is now. So, Buck had thought that Eddie would be more reserved. He had been very, very wrong. And he's so fucking glad he is. Eddie holds his hand in public. Wraps his arms around Buck. Kisses his cheek, his mouth, and Eddie's personal favourite spot: Buck's birthmark. Without hesitation. He calls Buck ridiculous pet names that turn Buck to mush. Eddie loves Buck, openly and freely. And Buck fucking loves it. "Hey." Eddie says, tugging Buck closer by the hand he's holding onto. Buck goes easily, swaying into his boyfriend. "Hi." "What're you thinking?" Buck smiles, tilting his head until their foreheads knock together. "That I love you." Eddie smiles back, warm and fond and lovely, "Yeah? Well, how about that I love you too." "Couldn't tell." Buck teases, like Eddie doesn't say it countless times a day. Like it doesn't make Buck's heart skip a beat every time he does. Like it doesn't feel like the first time no matter how many times Eddie says it to him. Eddie laughs softly, the sound curling around Buck's skin and soothing those old wounds that are finally healing. "Let me change that." And right there, in the middle of the grocery store, Eddie kisses Buck. Sweet and soft. Filled with love. No shame. No hesitation. "Now," Eddie murmurs when they break apart, eyes gleaming, "get out of your head so we can go to the bakery. You need to hum and haw over which bread to get for five minutes before picking the exact same one you always get." Laughing loudly, Buck lets Eddie pull him towards the bakery.

First Meeting AU

At a Halloween fundraiser Harvey spots one Mike Ross deciding then and there he has to have him Harvey approaches the young man.  What he expected was a night of hot sex, what he didn’t expect was a sharp mind and an even sharper tongue.  A night of passion turns into something else when sex isn’t just sex but fun banter.  He doesn’t remember ever laughing during sex.  Doesn’t ever remember having so much fun.
