Quarter Life (Crisis)

Every episode, you need to achieve a certain amount of achievements otherwise you lose a life. On top of that, you are randomised one goal achievement you need to complete by the end of the session. First episode is a mess as people try their hardest not to get too many achievements so they can survive next session. Someone keeps throwing leather so everyone get the leather achievement.

Could add a boogeyman mechanic with “evil” achievements, overriding the goal achievement mechanic.

Tumblr is the reason why I have something I call the cashier test which is, if i told this to a random cashier at the grocery store, would they think you're crazy at best or at worst would they be warranted in leaping over the counter and beating the shit out of you. Karl Marx mpreg is crazy, but not beating the shit out of you crazy. The cashier will probably talk about you to their coworkers and it might even make their day. Telling someone they're complicit in their own oppression by working a minimum wage job at a grocery store makes them warranted in leaping over the counter to beat the shit out of you.

Today in the surgery waiting room there was this ATROCIOUS EVIL HGTV SHOW on called something like Ugliest Homes in America where the host sees ‘ugly’ homes and the ugliest house wins a makeover and the homes were beautiful and unique and artistic and vintage and I was SEETHING at the ratings. Literally like a bull seeing red watching this woman rate beautiful eccentric eclectic homes as ‘ugly’ and ‘headache inducing’. Not walk to wall grey ugly, like, cool mid century and Victorian homes with actual color and life. It was like a show invented specifically to piss me off.

the thing abt npd and the stigma around it is when people talk about a "narcissist" theyre often not using it as a nonclinical term or to refer to people with narc traits. theyre using it to signal some sort of boogeyman, some sort of inherently evil person that is to blame for everything bad ever. which . i dont think i should have to explain why thats bad right
