To all our friends who have messaged us (as well as those who haven’t) who are considering suicide in the face of our political situation in the US:
Don’t.
It’s the most simple thing I can say in the face of great disappointment. The feelings of hopelessness and helplessness can overwhelm us. However, there is still hope.
You and I are still here.
As long as that is true, the forces that seek to oppress, deny, and destroy us can never win. The fight does not end with this election. I need you. We all need each other. This is not a time to sink in despair, but to rise to the challenges we face.
In terms of politics, we have 2 years to rally for mid-term elections and take back OUR congress. We can do this.
Socially, emotionally, personally… We can do that, too. It’s hard, but so worth it. This is a great test for our generation; we’ve been handed the torch passed from Stonewall, through the AIDS crisis, etc… Despite so much tragedy, we also achieved the triumph of Marriage Equality as well as expanding the visibility and recognition for the rights of LGBTQIA+ people across a variety of political and social platforms.
We have accomplished so much! We must continue to advocate for our communities. We have to stand together.
You are not alone.
You are important.
You are needed.
You are loved.
Stay strong, everybody. We are with you. This is not the end.

Congratulations are in order! Glee alum Dianna Agron tied the knot with her fiance, Winston Marshall, in a gorgeous destination wedding in Morocco on Saturday, October 15, her rep exclusively confirms to Us.
Agron, 30, and Marshall, 27, got engaged in December 2015 over the holidays after dating for about one year.
“He is the nicest guy and treats her like a princess,” a source tells Us of the couple’s loving relationship. “He is so thoughtful and flies her family everywhere they go and to see them whenever she wants. He is also so good to her friends.”
The pair first stepped out together as a couple in Paris in July 2015, holding hands and wearing matching shades. One month later, they could hardly keep their hands off each other as they attended the She’s Funny That Way premiere afterparty at Sunset Tower in West Hollywood.
“Dianna was smiling and laughing a lot, and seemed really happy,” an eyewitness told Us.
Prior to dating Marshall, Agron stepped out with Thomas Cocquerel, and Marshall was previously linked to Katy Perry.
