I'm losing my mind over the thought of soft Kenjorine at the moment. Like them lying together maybe watching a movie or heading to sleep and Marjorine running her fingers along Kenny's skin, tracing the scars in silence. Occasional shudders and quiet apologies when her fingertips pass over the remnants of his more recent deaths. Ugh. I love them. I'll probably write this scene into a multi chap that I'm plotting right now for my main Ao3 because I NEED it and I don't have any kenjorine reqs in my inbox at the moment (a travesty)

Oh DAMN bro (also sorry I’m just now getting to the inbox service where I am is hot garbage also your local Whumpshot Wizard had a rough night) I’m gonna be honest I’ve thought a LOT about amputation whump, particularly when I thought I was gonna go ham on the Style Hunger Games au (I’ll pick it back up eventually), though that was with Stan as the Peeta character and I do in fact have plans. Evil ones.

Man Kyle with a missing leg, I feel like VERY rarely he would let Stan carry him in that situation. It would piss him off beyond measure, he would get ultra defensive and paranoid about being seen as weak, but there would be some particularly tender instances where he accepts it, embracing it even. I love when they’re so in love they can’t stay mad at each other, even when their sense of independence is threatened by the other being too doting.

Hello! I'm kinda nervous to ask this because I don't want to make you feel pressured to write certain things, but do you think you'll ever write a fic like The Song of Broflovski again? I'm starving for canon age content of the kids just being kids while getting into wacky hijinks and that fic was 100% what I've been looking for. I notice it's different from what you seem to usually write so I'm curious if it was just a one-time only thing. Do you maybe have recommendations for similar fics? Either way, thank you so much for writing my new favorite South Park fic!

Hi, dear anon!!

It makes me really happy to know that people still enjoy TSOB, despite it being my first work in the fandom and therefore certainly not my best. I wrote it for similar reasons though; I wanted to see more canon age shenanigans in fan works! Selfishly, I always just write what I want to read hehe!

I’d like to say it won’t be a one-time only deal because I really did enjoy writing the kids as… well, kids! I put far less pressure on myself when writing that fic, and though I don’t think I’ll ever be able to recreate that perfect formula for my own experience while writing again, I would love to be able to recreate the sort of fic that it produced!

I have a few small ideas floating around, as well as a couple of potentially pretty big ones, too! I never forgot the lovely anon that asked if I would do an ‘Odyssey’ retelling with Craig and Those Guys… trust me, the ideas are still churning!

I don’t, however, want to promise anything major. I wrote a lot in about a year’s time (two novel-length fics, on top of RSB which is just under novella length, plus I started about ten other projects that are still incomplete) and I fear it may be time to take a small break soon, from writing in general but especially from writing such long fics. As much as it is creatively fulfilling, it’s also kinda draining!

To answer your second question, I unfortunately don’t have a ton of recommendations (yet), though I would like to point you towards specifically Chapter 37 ‘Demotion’ of @alwaysinstyle’s SickFic Book! I finally got a chance to sit down and enjoy this chapter a few days ago (fake fan I know I’m working on it guys! I don’t have a lot of reading time these days!) and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. Excellent canon age shenanigans with some really sweet Style and some really iconic Cartman-isms!

I do in fact feel bad for the length of time it’s been since I updated on any platform… and slightly worse after receiving this, but I know you had no ill intentions, and your eagerness for updates is very much appreciated. 😭

You are correct in gathering that I haven’t been well, though unfortunately I’m not just feeling under the weather. Without going into too much detail, as of this past May, I’m dealing with the recurrence of a major illness. I don’t always have the physical capacity or wherewithal to write at the moment, so I hope you’ll be patient with me as I continue fighting the good fight.

That being said, I’m trying my very best to update as much as possible. I actually will have an Hourglass chapter to post very soon! During this time of slower updates, reading YOUR wonderful works has breathed so much life into my daily routines. This fandom is such a joy, so I owe many thanks to everyone I interact with here.

My usual housekeeping: There WILL be spoilers for EWILY through chapter 11. If you haven’t caught up yet, then go read that first! (It’s a lot I’m so sorry)

Also, I’m going to include a few NSFW headcanons here… because I want to. They will be clearly marked though!

Without further ado, some of my Cartman headcanons!

Alright, first and foremost let’s get some of the basics out of the way. When I set out to write EWILY, I had a really specific image of what I wanted Eric to be like. He was actually the first character design I started drafting… while waiting at the hospital for my niece to be born ahaha.

Like, he had to be a bit of a neckbeard, Discord Mod loser. I’m sorry, I simply cannot imagine teenage dirtbag Eric being any other way.

So obviously I've posted the actual illustrations of all the boys, but Eric's appearance was one I was actually pretty nervous about. I don't see a ton of depictions of him having the longest hair, or being a bit scruffy looking in general. Though I agree that he probably does actually have decent hygiene habits typically, he's... Going through it in EWILY.

I also couldn’t imagine him being popular, because despite him honestly being pretty charismatic he’s still a despicable asshole and everyone in town is so used to his bullshit by this point that they’ve all but given up any hope that he’ll ever improve as a human being. His charms have become obvious manipulation by the time EWILY begins.

There is an actual story behind why the main 5 are no longer cool with him (for the most part), as is briefly referenced in chapter 7 before all hell broke loose, but that’s a story for another day.

Unfortunately, I also felt that Eric had to be smart. Is he taking all the same classes as Kyle just to fucking harass him? A little bit, though he would say it’s to ‘keep an eye on that conniving Jew’, but I think it’s pretty clear that he is actually a pretty smart and creative kid, he just doesn’t typically apply himself. Without friends to get into trouble with though, what else is he supposed to do?

I should also probably address the… antisemitism. I mean, it’s literally canon, as is him being a racist piece of shit, among other things. Look, I think there’s a time and a place to sanitize Eric’s character at least a little bit, but doing too much loses a quintessential piece of what makes him tick. I’m not gonna go into what makes people embrace bigotry, but suffice to say I personally believe a lot of his comes from ignorance and fear, especially the latter as he gets older.

On the flip side of that, I thought it would be super funny to give Eric a major fetish for Asian women! Partially inspired by my own love of k-pop, and partially from some comments Trey has made about his own… preferences, at least ones he had when he was younger. I actually pull a lot of inspiration for all of the boys from Those Bastards, despite my better judgement. It does have the nice effect of making them feel more real, though!

It also gave me the opportunity to make a very funny joke about his favorite member of a particular k-pop girl group, who has been majorly blasted online for wearing a shirt with a swastika on it… look, I saw my opportunity and I took it. The kids who got it, got it lmao.

I suppose this is a good opportunity to transition into some NSFW headcanons. This is your warning! I’ll mark the end of the NSFW stuff so you can skip it if you’d prefer!

Despite being pretty outwardly homophobic towards his friends, Eric is not straight lmao. He sure wants to THINK he is, but he’s bisexual at LEAST with a slightly stronger leaning towards women.

Initially, Eric is very confident that he needs to be the dominant one in the relationship. He would prefer women that seem submissive (hence the super racist Asian fetish, oof king just cannot be normal) and can be pretty easily manipulated, which is! Objectively gross! Bad Eric!!

Being one of the most sexual kids in the show (yes I do have a mental ranking), my brother is fucking nasty. Definitely was the one that got Stan mildly addicted to porn for a hot minute there (a headcanon I never explore but definitely need to), has a massive and extensive collection of pornography on his computer, on top of frequenting OnlyFans.

Eventually though, when he finally gets to actually feel the touch of another human being he gets over that need to be on top, literally and metaphorically. He relinquishes control VERY slowly, but eventually with a LOT of trust lets his partner have more power in the bedroom.

Also, his gf eventually definitely pegs him. Try and tell me I’m wrong. Do they get even nastier? Absolutely, but I’ll leave the rest up to your imagination. (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)

Speaking of his girlfriend, I know it's not popular but I adore loverboy Eric. The idea of him fighting so hard to be a good person just to maintain an important relationship is *chef's kiss*

Now I won't formally diagnose Eric with anything, but he definitely has some... Antisocial tendencies. We see him visit a therapist a couple of times in canon, and I think he would keep that up until about the time his friends ditch him. Entering his social recluse era oof. He definitely stops seeing the point in improving himself when people are going to abandon him anyway.

So of course, he's still not a very good partner. I would get into his relationship with Yen more but, like with all the relationships in EWILY it's... Complicated.

Alright, I’m gonna do some quick-fire headcanons to get the rest of my thoughts out ahaha

Is the shortest of the main 5 - yes, even shorter than Kenny, but only by a couple of inches. This wasn’t always the case though, and was actually the tallest when they were kids. (TSOB era)

He and Butters have the smallest wieners. RIP sorry loser it’s canon.

Never really got over his little crush on Wendy. Funny how he’s still into girls with dark hair… (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)

Desperately wants another cat, but Liane has really only put her foot down about this one thing after what happened to Mr. Kitty. Sorry, I had to remind you.

Definitely still packs heat, but doesn’t get away with bringing it to school.

Hardcore schemer still and does all kinds of questionable shit to make money. You know, instead of just getting a normal job.

Wears those super long cargo shorts year-round. Claims he ‘doesn’t feel cold’ but definitely does.

Met Yen in a random Discord server, one he became pretty popular in. Still has lots of online friends that only really know the persona he puts on for them.

First of all, you POPPED OFF with that original post. Like, just the idea of them flirting in their own, secret way is so adorable and wholesome every single time. Obsessed with them, actually (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)

To actually answer your question, I suppose the most obvious example that comes to mind for me is literally all of the foreplay in RSB, which is basically just a lot of Stan watching Kyle eat food ahaha. It’s pretty explicit once they, uh, get past that part, and truthfully they’re both pretty ooc if I’m being honest.

I’m sure you’d like some more in character examples though ahaha. Here are some that immediately come to mind!

Supporting one another at their respective sporting events. I especially like the idea of Stan being utterly captivated watching Kyle do…. His best on the basketball court, though I think Kyle watching Stan run around in those super tight football pants is also excellent!

Similarly, Kyle being SO painfully into watching Stan perform with Crimson Dawn. Just, watching him head bang and scream into his microphone, all sweaty and shit. Mhmhmhm that’s good stuff my friend. (If you want a really excellent example of this, my girl Nina explores it in the sexiest detail in (rem)ember hehe)

To piggyback on your original idea, I also really love the thought of one of them being behind the wheel, while the other watches them drive. Stan would definitely drive with one arm out the window while holding the wheel really low. Legs spread to make room for his hand, of course. Kyle’s probably a little more strict on his hand placement, but I could imagine him one-hand gripping the wheel up towards the top if he’s feeling particularly relaxed.

Wrestling and play fighting!! First and foremost these guys are bros, so naturally they would get into some serious roughhousing. It seems like this is a pretty common form of unconventional foreplay, and I think it’s one they would lean into a lot early on as an excuse to be physical without it feeling too weird.

I’d be remiss not to mention tending to one another post injury or illness (seriously I think Riley and Ana would kill me if I didn’t), there’s a TON of opportunity for some really tender moments that probably won’t lead to anything nasty just by the nature of… yah know, injury and illness. Though it certainly can, and it’s always excellent when it does!

This is gonna sound weird, but I think ripping on their friends could become a sort of tag-team flirtation. Imagine them taking turns absolutely eviscerating Cartman, and just looking at each other with so much pride between insults. Kyle would probably find this especially hot, I fear.
