Simple Ways to Practice Magick Everyday
Say a small prayer or do a short meditation before you get out of bed in the morning.
Write down dreams or visions you had.
Stir your first cup of coffee or tea counterclockwise to banish negativity and bad luck or clockwise to bring positive energy.
Draw daily tarot or oracle cards (you can also use a pendulum) for guidance.
Cleansing yourself and home using sound or smoke.
Ancestor or spirit offerings
Pick out your clothes, shoes, jewelry... ect with intention.
Write a sigil or petition paper and burn it.
Take a ritual shower. You can spice it up with candles, herbs, and crystals, or you can simply step under the water and imagine all the negativity and bad energy washing off you. You can also recite a chant.
Every time you look into the mirror, say an affirmation
Take a walk outside and ground yourself to Mother Earth.
Dance!! Dancing is an excellent way to rise the energy, and it helps with opening the sacral and solar plexus chakra and getting in touch with the inner child.

I’m not a classicist, but I suspect one of the reasons so many of the Greek gods are portrayed so unflatteringly was less because they were seen as villains than because they represented their domains. Of course Zeus sometimes misuses his power, that’s what a king does. Of course Artemis’s wrath is wild and painful, that’s what nature can be. Of course Hades snatched away a young girl from her mother’s arms, that’s what death does. This is one of the reasons callout posts for some gods comparing them negatively to ‘nicer’ gods are kind of missing the point.

Fun fact: There is an ancient Greek goddess of friendship. Her name is Philotes.
Double fun fact: She's a daughter of Nyx. Her siblings include Thanatos (god of death), Nemesis (goddess of retribution/revenge), Momus (god of mockery), Apate (goddess of deceit), and Oizys (goddess of depression and misery).

If you have any walking aids or similar, customizing them and making them your own
Having pictures of ancient Greek architecture around, especially the Temple to Hephaestus
Learning a new skill; improving learned skills
Selling your personal art/crafts; taking commissions for your work
Practice independence if it's something you struggle with (I'm not suggesting you isolate)

As much as I like to consume modern media based on the gods, I hate how this Americanized lense strips them away from their cultural context reducing them to an archetype the audience can understand, but that would've seemed so foreign back then.
For example, Artemis and Diana are portrayed as girl bosses. A woman who is incapable of falling in love or that simply is repulsed by men.
But when I see them I think of the little girls of the Ancient Mediterranean and how, as soon as they turned teenagers, they were set to marry men much older than them. And how, as they offered their dolls to Artemis/Diana as a thank you for protecting them through their childhood, they probably fantasized about being able to join the hunt forever.

How the fuck can there be anti vaccine “witches?” If you disagree with binding an invisible malignant entity into a single drop of potion that seals a subject’s blood against the full force of that very same entity’s curse then you are not and can never be a witch you’re just a karen who buys rocks

"How do I be Heathen?"
Unironically, the answer is "You fuck around and find out." You just start doing stuff in your spirituality and seeing what happens and going from there.
