"Who's the weakest-looking one here?" as he selects Bede, a Neo Champ partnered with Galarian Articuno who threw actual hands with people before Rose took him in. Misjudgment of the year.
(also, I love how they have these two interact since they're similarly haughty and share a type specialty. Ortega is pretty much Bede with a more privileged upbringing and more friends.)
