Amanda shuffled slowly to her class with a miserable expression on her face. Having been sick for almost a week, this was her first day back at school. Her hair was bushy, her face was pale, and her eyes sat upon two dark bags. She heard the familiar sound of Crutchie's limping, and turned to see the boy. "H-hi Crutchie!" She said to him, her voice still somewhat sickly. 

Crutchie idly stared out the window of his Science class, which was, hopefully, almost done. This day had seemed like it had dragged on forever. He turned his attention to the doorway, where it looked like some students had already been let out by their teacher. Finally, the bell split the air with it’s pealing, and Crutchie gathered up his things, limping out of the classroom.

((OOC: Sorry I haven't been active the last couple of days guys! I really thought i could be more active, but its kinda hard. I'm preparing for this audition for the musicals we are doing at school this year, and it's taking up a lot of my time. That plus the fact that my grandmother insists on getting me out of the house every day (love her to death!) because my mom is on a vacation. But anyway ya.. The audition is on Friday, so I should be able to return after that!))

Amanda nodded her head in agreement. "Uhm.. lead the way I guess," She laughed, a bit unsure of herself. 

“I don’t get why they don’t notice you, you’re the most interesting person I’ve met so far.” He blushed partly, looking down at the floor. After a moment, Crutchie looked back up to Amanda. “Uh, sorry. Want to come to Study with me? I don’t think the teachers will notice either.”

Amanda couldn't help smiling, and turned her head to the side so Crutchie wouldn't see the redness in her cheeks. She turned to the boy, her voice a bit shaky and barely louder than a whisper, "Uhmm.. I umm.. Are you sure?" Her shaking hands betrayed her anxiety. She quickly hid them in her pockets and prayed that the boy wouldn't notice her quivering knees.

“I don’t get why they don’t notice you, you’re the most interesting person I’ve met so far.” He blushed partly, looking down at the floor. After a moment, Crutchie looked back up to Amanda. “Uh, sorry. Want to come to Study with me? I don’t think the teachers will notice either.”

"I know them.. not really all that well. Katherine likes to write about everything," she laughed silently to herself. Amanda fiddled with her camera, "I have PE next.. I uh.. I usually don't go. They don't notice anyway so I don't get in trouble"

"Oh, so then you know Katherine and Davey? I met them yesterday, we had a food fight in the cafeteria. Uh, I mean, some guy was throwing food at us. I think Katherine wrote something about it." He cut himself off, knowing that he could talk a bit too much sometimes. "Uh, so what do you have right now?"

My name is Dietrich, though many cannot pronounce that. They call me Dutchy, though I am not Dutch, I am German. So I pretend they call me Dutchy because of Deutschland.

No.. thats not too bad. I just didn't...

Its just people don't usually tell me I'm pretty or anything like that... most people don't really even talk to me that often
