There something about Diana that made him feel light on his feet, and pulled easy smiles from his lips in the Amazon’s presence. It had baffled him at first, maybe even annoyed him. But, as time moved on, Bruce learned to welcome those smiles, and the small moments of happiness that came with them. 

It still felt strange–how long had it been since he felt true happiness?–and he knew deep down he could never be truly happy, but he still relished these small moments. Besides, he could only stand so much of Diana’s relentless teasing–though, regrettably, the Amazon never stopped. 

The billionaire let out a contented sigh as the Amazon nuzzled him and kissed his neck, making him hum his approval. “Hmm…children?” Bruce asked. He had plenty of children, sure. Well, one that was biologically his but, it didn’t really make a difference to him.

“I…do you want to have children?” He asked, turning his head to look at her. 

Bruce took a sip of his wine and snorted at the allegation. “Yes, they are pretty wild,” he sighed. 

He looked deep into his eyes and smiled. “I love you.” 

Diana's intention had never been to fall in love with her friend, and teammate. Yet it was something that just happened overtime. She wouldn't change anything about it for the world. She loved Bruce with her entire heart and soul, and she believed him whenever he muttered the words to her. Diana did not believe that she would be able to have a normal life, not after everything that she has been through. Yet here she was, talking about someday having children with her husband. She knew that if her mother could see her know, that she would be very proud of her.

Diana smiled as her lips pressed against her glass, going in for a drink. Diana did not grow up around other children and the Amazons did not feel the need to have children as other humans do. She shrugged her shoulders but gave a small nod of her head. "I would like to have children someday. Would love to be able to experience that with you." Diana knew that it would come with some risks and challenges, but she believed with all her heart that the reward outweighed the risk. However, Diana would never pressure Bruce into doing something that he did not want to. She wanted them to have a healthy and honest relationship with each other.

Diana chuckled softly, putting her glass down on the end table, slowly crawling into Bruce's lap with a soft smile upon her face. "I love you too Bruce. Very much so." She whispered softly, before leaning down and pressing a kiss against his lips.
