3 Stakeholders involved for an automated check-out system of a large supermarket in order to minimize virus spread.

1. CUSTOMERS : their stake in the success and usability of the system is fairly clear and direct. Customers can self-checkout to process their own purchases. This is an alternative that can reduce the interaction between customers and cashiers. Furthermore, it can minimize the spread of the virus.

2. SUPERMARKET MANAGER : wants both customers and workers under them happy and satisfied with the supermarket performance. Supermarket manager can put hand sanitizer in the supermarket entrance and each stores’ entrances. They can also installed Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to monitor customers entry without any contact with the customers.

3. SUPPLIER : they can reduce person-to-person interactions, always wear mask and use hand sanitizer every time deliver their goods. As instance, delivery drivers do not leave their trucks while delivering.
