A new addition to my practice: the Eightfold Path spread, based on the Buddhist concept of the Four Noble Truths and the eight intertwined parts of life that can be examined and cultivated as a way to self-liberation.⁣ ⁣ I pulled a card for each of the eight parts (the list and an explanatory excerpt on Instagram here if you’re curious), plus a couple overarching intention cards, a stone, and a keyword.⁣ ⁣ I’ll be working with these particular cards until the intuitive need for a refresh kicks in. (I have similar practices/spreads for the elements and for the seven chakras.) 💚⁣
