Paul felt a strong pull towards Feyd that he couldn’t place and they lied and sparred with each other multiple times during their duration of Paul’s trip. Jessica was the one to sense that he is with child and coming to terms with the prophecy still being in effect.

AU where Paul takes Feyd to secret and secluded cave sites by the beach on Caladan. He wanted to explore with Feyd with his deeper intention to be more intimate with Feyd out of other people’s sight. There have been times where Paul was successful with pulling Feyd into deep kisses only to be interrupted by someone calling for them. This encourages Paul to lead Feyd towards deeper, secluded caves where they stay for hours kissing and pleasuring each other.

AU where Paul is nicknamed the “Boy Duke” and Feyd is called the “Kid Baron” after the shocking deaths of Leto and Vladimir, and the two inheriting the titles at young ages. Many around them in and out of court wish to control and direct them to their own will. Where others were pushing for conflict, Paul and Feyd bonded with each other having to take on their roles and responsibilities at the stressful time they had to do so. They played the role of their titles the majority of the time, acting older than they were but acted younger when they were each other, away from other people’s eyes. As they grew older they expressed the deep feelings they had for one another and kept their relationship secret.

More insomniac AU: Both Paul and Feyd have frequent nightmares, Paul’s are from his visions and Feyd’s are a result of his own traumas. Their nightmare seemed to only fade when they were sleeping near each other. They both have a ritual with each other, when at every house meeting they would find a place to rest. When they were younger they would make a fort of blankets and pillows along with Paul showing Feyd his film books until they both fell asleep. When they were older in the middle of the night, they would go to the one another’s chambers and almost immediately fall asleep while holding each other. They both always look forward to being with each other because it is the best sleep that they ever receive.

AU where Feyd is the front runner of a very famous rock band and Paul is one of their groupies. Feyd subtly implies that Paul is his favorite, always bringing him gifts and including him during their rehearsals. Paul also becomes well known by proximity to the band along with the media profiting off his likeness, deeming him the poster child of the current band aesthetic and lifestyle. The media paints Paul and other groupies as directionless young adults, but leave out that Paul is an Atreides known for their wealthy legacy, and is also the heir of the Atreides munitions corporation. Paul has a direct influence on band fashion, music, and social media with what looks like little effort, while the media tries to point at the bad influence he is displaying for others. This is all part of Paul’s subtle strategy for power that his mother trained him in, that he transferred towards the music industry.

AU where Feyd is genetically designed to be in tune with and aware of Paul’s presence. When they were younger Feyd would subconsciously push Paul behind him or stand in front of him when he sensed danger. He would eat whatever Paul has first, instinctively to detect poison. This simply turned into Paul happily feeding Feyd his food. He would even follow Paul’s subtle commands to follow him. Paul none the wiser just enjoyed and indulged in Feyd’s attention.

AU where Paul and Feyd are micro celebrities due to their families massive amounts of wealth and status. Paul is in law school to follow his father’s tracks of working in politics and gained a mass following on social media for his day in the life posts. Feyd is known for his fighting matches and people follow him to study his form and technique. Both Paul and Feyd’s followers are shocked when they find out that the two are dating each other. There was a photo of them holding hands at a restaurant putting the media into a frenzy. At first their fans think it’s a stunt but over time they’ve caught Paul and Feyd looking softly and genuine towards each other or Feyd easily and visibly relaxing into Paul’s touch.

AU where Paul and Feyd are frequent spar partners whenever the houses come together for a conference. Both look forward to their adrenaline filled matches that leave them both feeling more alive than drained. Something deep in Paul desired more physical contact, causing his touches and strikes to linger more. Paul follows Feyd to the baths and helps with scrubbing each other off. He attempts various other ways of physical contact but he feels like it’s never up to par. He tells Feyd this, saying that he wants more of him but doesn’t know what to do. Feyd helps awaken Paul to the intimacy he has been desiring, additionally unlocking his visions and the path his instincts are telling him to go on. Feyd has Paul in many ways during their time together fulfilling Paul’s instincts and cosmic goal, but returning home extremely sick and an angry Jessica.

Paul and Jessica were deemed executed, but Jessica managed to navigate herself and Paul safely through the desert. Feyd meets Paul by chance after Feyd’s ornithopter breaks down in the desert. Paul going by Usul helps and shows Feyd survive in the heated and extreme climate. They also weren’t coy about their deep attraction to each other and seeked pleasure with each other various times. When it is time for Feyd to leave they say they’re reluctant goodbyes with Feyd going back to tell bold stories about being with the Fremen while Paul now unknowingly is carrying the Kwisatz Haderach inside him.

AU where Paul becomes the Duke of Caladan and Feyd becomes the Baron after a gruesome war that caused the deaths of the late Duke Atreides and Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. Paul and Feyd sign and announce their peace agreement in front of the emperor. Their conversations with each other during the house meetings deepened their bond and budding feelings for each other. They remained cordial and peaceful with each other during the day, and deeply intimate with each other when night came. Their secret meetings resulted in Paul bearing a child. Jessica claims the child to be hers, conceived before Leto’s death and for them to inherit Paul’s title. Their child believes Paul to be their elder sibling who takes them to see and spend time with the Baron on occasion.

More supermodel AU: Paul is a top world renowned model coached by his mother Jessica a former legendary supermodel. Feyd was street casted by modeling agencies who quickly rose in popularity. Paul comes from a high fashion legacy while Feyd comes from a background of fighting and gambling. Paul has a crush on Feyd and continues to collect all of his issues. He silently watches Feyd from afar, following his rise to high end fashion brands. Soon the media starts compare the two and create the idea of a rivalry between them. When they eventually get booked for a fashion show together, Paul takes his chance to talk to Feyd and they become good friends. Paul’s fans comment on how his face lights up whenever Feyd is around and his he constantly gushes about Feyd during interviews.

AU where young Feyd is scared of Paul because he doesn’t know why his heart races when he’s around Paul or why his chest aches when he’s not around. Feyd tries to fight the feelings off through sparring with Paul but it only increases especially with Paul being a formidable match. He even tries avoiding Paul but the boy continues to follow after him and the ache in his chest keeps Feyd from pushing him away. He was told that the boy’s mother is Bene Gesserit and concludes that the boy is a witch sent to destroy him and has cast a spell on him. Upon their betrothal Paul began desiring more of his attention and the spell Paul has put Feyd under keeps him from denying the boy anything. He doesn’t know why Paul saying “I can’t wait to spend forever with you” makes his chest both ache and become filled with a comforting warmth at the same time.

Jessica first noticed when the two were younger, Paul resting his head on Feyd’s shoulder after a monotonous house meeting. She would also find Feyd half asleep as Paul showed him his film books. Paul would also sneak into Feyd’s chambers to cuddle with him and find some peace. Paul’s presence helps with casting away Feyd’s nightmares.
