Day 1, Sober October an update;
So I'm fatter than ever.
After a year of heavy drinking, not giving a shit about food or weight and really suffering with my depression, I want to get my shit together.
I'm doing sober October, which should help kick my calories down significantly, I plan to fast as much as I can during the day and eat minimal calories. Yesterday I was hungover and so I didn't eat a whole lot and it was the first day for me of no drinking or smoking.
I'm dating an amazing man, and I want to be sexy for both of us, he loves me as I am now even though I hate my body. I'll get back to where I was, it didn't even take me long last time once I locked in!!
So it's time. It's time to love myself again.

I'm back to restricting and since I live alone now, and am not on that dreaded birth control it's time to be the best version of me again.
I will aim to eat as little cals as possible, get used to being hungry and fast as long as I can aside from water/black coffee

This week's been going well!
Here's what I tend to eat on a regular day.
I eat both of these things as my one meal per day.
I'll often have like 2 squares of chocolate, a bit of cottage cheese and a bit of meat from the fridge but that's all I eat other than these things. I don't usually eat white bread but I didn't have a choice yesterday cause we didn't have any brown 🥱
Veggies are Broccoli and Sprouts! Nothing with other than a little bit of butter and salt for flavour
Sandwich is Tuna, onion, cucumber and a bit of low fat mayo
Pickles are just silverskin onions and Gherkins
