As a HUMSS Student, how can you uphold dance as a physical fitness upon influencing the future.
“Dance can be a form of physical fitness even in the future”.
The evolution of dance had shaped and contributed the essence of art into our society. Where dance can dramatically express the meaning of the emotion of an individual itself. Dance and all-other dance related activities are performing an excellent ways to improve our physical and mental well-being. Furthermore, since we are now living in a modern era where high technologies exist, there are some specific activities or campaigns to maintain the healthy status of a person. Through this, we can integrate into some physical fitness programs in collaboration of fitness instructors and wellness centers to constitute dance-based trainings to showcase dance as an achievable alternatives to traditional dances and with that people can be more actively participating to such activities. Also, it can foster well established culture and social harmony in partaking as a whole community.
