Unfortunately, as you may know, all ASINs are linked across different international Amazon marketplaces and any updates will be reflected on all other listings.
There is no way how to keep separate pictures for the same product on each Amazon site.
If your product packaging for the same product is different, for example written in another language, then simply create a separate listing instead of selling the various versions under the same ASIN.

The image must be a professional photograph of the product being sold (no illustrations or drawings)
Product only – no additional products or objects should be included
Background must be white
The product should 85% or more of the frame
Images cannot contain watermarks or text
If any images fail to comply with the above, your listing will likely be suppressed by Amazon.
