After being forcibly displaced over 8 times, Abeer and her family are currently in Northwest Kordofan. There they are experiencing a severe lack of food, medicine, water, and hygiene products.

Abeer, along with her sisters and other women, have had no access to pads or painkillers for their periods. With the lack of clean products and sanitation, many women, including Abeer herself, have been exposed to vaginal infections.

The water they have access to is not fit for human consumption at all. It is polluted and full of bacteria, insects, and even dead rodents. Below are some photos from Abeer's fundraiser so you can see how unhygienic these conditions are.

Abeer's family consists of 15 children, 2 infants, 10 women, and 5 elders with chronic conditions and in need of medical attention. They are trying to raise funds to help them move to a safer place and then hopefully evacuate out of Sudan. The funds will also be used to afford food, pads, and other essentials.

This is how my family has come to live — a life resembling hell — in displacement camps.

My family now lives a life full of misery and suffering after the war destroyed their simple home that was filled with beautiful memories. Yes, now they live in a tent that seems like a small, enclosed patch, cut off from everything. A torn life, bearing nothing of its name. Constant sorrow and pain strike them over and over again. Even the fabric walls of the tent speak, telling a new chapter of a book titled “Tragedy in the Land of Pain and Sorrows.”

When you look into my mother’s eyes, it’s as if the weight of the world has been placed upon her. As though life itself has conspired against my family — stripping them of my father, their pillar of strength and support, and taking the lives of my niece and my sister’s daughter in the most brutal way, without reason.

Despite all this, hardship did not stop there. It showed no mercy to what remained of my family — it went on to destroy their home, the place that once united us and held all our simple memories.

Now, they are displaced, living in camps that offer no mercy and fail to provide even the most basic necessities of life. Camps without privacy, where the world darkened in their eyes the moment they found themselves homeless, exposed to suffering in all forms — sometimes wrapped in hardship, other times sipping from the cup of misery.

They endure the cruelty of life, living under the scorching sun with nothing to protect them but a pile of scrap. This has become their daily routine: waking up to stand in long lines just to get a small amount of water, then searching tirelessly for a morsel of food. And when night falls — a time that’s supposed to bring rest — it instead brings more suffering. Life seems to have written pain into every line of their existence. They go to sleep wishing they could keep one eye open, fearing an attack from rats or worse.

This is just a glimpse of the suffering my family endures in the displacement camps — a life of unbearable hardship and a tragic situation like no other.

Honestly I don't know what the fuck is wrong with you all every damn day multiple times a day I get on this blog and I post about Dina and her two children and I tell you the dire situation they're in and I ask you to please for the love of fucking god help them and none of you seem to give a fuck. None of you lift a fucking finger. The posts I make for her are CONSISTENTLY the ones that get the LEAST interaction. I don't know what to fucking say to you!!!! How many times do I have to tell you that her children are so young, her son isn't even a year old yet!!! He is a literal infant!!! These are babies being forced to live in some of the worst conditions, no access to food or water, in a tent soaked through by freezing rains. How can any of you claim to care about children when you ignore these children. Is it because they're Palestinian??? Do their lives just not matter to you??? What am I left to conclude???? Day in and day out I feel sick looking at how little donations Dina gets and it seems like no one else cares. No one even glances her way. Her posts get thousands of notes and we're lucky to get FIVE donations in a whole day. You are heartless. How can you claim to care about people when you can't lift a finger to help one family.

🔴 What is the world waiting for!! Gaza is being exterminated?

📌Where is the world in saving two million people who have been subjected to genocide for a year and a half? What more is this world waiting for to move in support of Gaza after the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023 has exceeded fifty thousand martyrs?

Most of them are children and women, in addition to more than 113,000 wounded. Thousands remain missing under the rubble as the brutal aggression continues.

Urgent | UNRWA Commissioner-General: Israeli forces launched an airstrike today targeting an Agency building in Jabalia. Initial reports indicate that the Jabalia building was sheltering more than 700 people at the time of the attack.

Displaced families were forced to remain in the shelter even after it was targeted due to lack of other shelter options.

Urgent: More than 50 displaced Palestinian families are besieged and calling on the Red Cross and relevant authorities to evacuate them from Rafah.

When the Red Cross arrived to rescue them, the occupation forces besieged the Red Cross along with the residents. The Red Cross is now calling on the Red Cross outside Rafah to rescue them all.

Medical support for Aalaa's family

As of June, Aalaa is still fighting to raise money to help pay off health insurance debt, take her mother to doctor's appointments, and afford surgery for her brother.

Aalaa's mother is recovering from surgery and needs to be able to go to the doctor for check ups to make sure she is healing properly. She's been having to miss these vital appointments because her family does not able to afford the doctor's visits.

Just a few months ago, Aalaa's brother broke his foot and is currently suffering from an open fracture that requires surgery to be corrected. But they're unable to afford the operation he needs.

Mohamed, his wife Mariam and their newborn baby Ibrahim are struggling to survive in Ghazzah.

Both of them are doctors, and they've been unable to work since October 7th of last year when their home was destroyed. They now live in a tent and struggle to afford basic necessities like food and water.

Baby Ibrahim who was born during this siege cannot have formula, diapers, or clothes because of the rising prices and danger in Ghazzah.

In order to evacuate, they need to raise €45,000. So far they have only raised €20 with their last and only donation being 9 days ago.

Please do anything that you can to help them, whether that be by donating or sharing their campaign. Everything helps contribute towards their survival.
