My top 5 Tips for fasting:
1. Set yourself a goal to keep you motivated, for example 16 hours and i you got it you can try longer.
2. Drink Tea (0 cals), water with lemon juice (0 cals) or black coffee (200 ml is 4 cals), so you have a taste in mind.
3. If your hungry, do an activity far away from food, like cleaning or go outside for a walk.
4. Write a journal, you can make a goal list, its very important to know what you want, or you can track yoir feels while fasting.
5. Keep your day full, let no time to eat and if you live with your family or others who dont know, stay oit while eating time so you can say that you've already eaten.
