We are blessed with an abundance of stinging nettle on our land! It is known as a vitamin-rich food source as well as a remedy for various medical conditions. 2 years ago, we visited Bhutan for the very first time. We fell in love (deeply) and went back again, and again. We learnt the art of Bhutanese cooking from the chefs of Amankora and the local housewives of Bhutan. Now we hope to deliver the flavours of Bhutan through these hearty dishes, in Australia.
