Hey, no worries. I of all people know how busy life can get sometimes. It was nice seeing you at the volleyball game though! I had the perfect view of the fireworks from the back porch, actually. So I sat outside and watched most of them. Good, I’m glad you had a good time!

right? that place kills both my wallet and my cholesterol. or something like that anyway. it can also be that i’m just… not very motivated when it comes to working out and any cake could lure me in but let’s ignore that, i mean when it says new flavour, i really wanna try. it was white chocolate mousse with a hint of peach, on a brownie with red berry glaze and just… so good. so good, andrew.

They always know how to pull us into their doors with all their delicious treats. I can’t say I blame you. I’d much rather eat a cake than work out any day. Hm, that sounds like an interesting combination of flavors. But I’d definitely try it. I’m more of a simple chocolate and vanilla kind of guy. I do like trying new things, since you never know what combinations will be amazing together unless you try for yourself.

Thanks, Andrew! I’m glad you like it! That’s one of my faves, too. I’m partial to the Casino, because who doesn’t love a good marachino cherry? Haha. We’ll keep updating the menu throughout the seasons, too, so there’s always going to be something new and fun! What’s new with you?

I love it! I definitely plan on stopping by every so often to hang out and grab a drink. An updated menu throughout the different seasons is exactly the incentive to keep me coming back. Especially if you serve up any kind of pumpkin flavored specialties during the fall season. I’m pretty basic when it comes to my love for pumpkin flavored things. Not a whole lot is new with me. I was away in New York for a while for work. But now I have the rest of the summer season off to relax and enjoy my downtime before I get to work on promoting the next project. How have you been? Besides opening up your new place, that is.

I think the amazing fourth of July bash at the beach was all the party I needed to celebrate Canada and America’s birthdays.  I did and it was crazy fun, it helps when I do not have far to go to join in the fun.  Were you there or did I miss you?  

The Fourth of July bash was a ton of fun! I was out there for a little while checking out what the food trucks had to offer and of course mingling with everyone. We may have just missed one another out there. Plus I did head back home before the fireworks, since I knew my pup most likely wouldn’t be too happy about them. Did you enjoy your time though?

You should have, but you didn’t. You don’t let me know anything. I’m always kept in the dark. I think you should, but I don’t believe you will do it. I don’t trust you. I think that whenever there’s a screening, you should invite me. Thank you! It’s been so nice to see people’s reaction to it, even if they don’t always love it.

From now on, I’ll send you a newsletter or at least a text to update you on major events such as leaving town for a bit. I will definitely invite you along to a screening or premiere even. That is, if your schedule isn’t too busy by the time it comes around. I may be biased, but I don’t know how anyone could not love it.

I’m the same way, I’d honestly rather be brought a sock or pieces of garbage than something like that, it’s the kind of thing no one wants to find on their door step. That’s a plus, aye, imagine if he brought you something every single day to admire? Talk about tiring, dealing with something like that! It’s a good time of year to just relax, unwind and enjoy the down time. The Fourth of July celebration alone is always a really good time, you know? Hard not to love the chance to be out with everyone on the beach. Best way to do it! I hate when you get a lot of popcorn on the top, but then less and less as you eat your way through.

I would probably go insane if he brought me something every day. But then again, I’d also be curious as to what he’d find next. He means well at least. The Fourth of July weekend was amazing. The highlight for me was sampling a little bit of everything from the various food trucks. And of course getting the chance to socialize and hang out with everyone. But the food still reins triumphant in my book.

Does your fake Twitter account have a name? Maybe he and Joan could hook up and be a powerful tag team. Do you regret reading things after you do it? And do you ever reply to people?  I’m finding it hard to avoid commenting back to people who are assholes under my new pseudonym. Nobody has found me out yet, so this town is good at keeping secrets. I won’t expose your Twitter if I come across it. 

I actually haven’t put a name on there. It’s just sort of generic so I can blend in and stay under the radar even more. I should create a whole altar ego and have him team up with Joan to browse Twitter together. For the most part, everyone is nice and has positive things to say. But of course it’s the internet so you’re always going to run into some haters or trolls. I just try not to let it get to me too much, you know? I don’t dwell on the negative things, because it does no good. I wish you luck trying to find my Twitter out of the millions of accounts on there. It would be like finding a needle in a haystack.

Congratulations, man. This place looks amazing. I’ve already tried a few different drinks on the menu, but my favorite so far has to be The Sinatra. I can already assure you I’ll be back for the drinks and tunes alone.

I guess you’re right, having a birthday every single day would get a bit too overwhelming, especially if the only thing you’re eating is cake, and even more cake. Listen, I’m okay with cake every once in a while, but I’m not one to drool over it either, as opposed to my reaction with ice cream instead. Now thqat you’re mentioning a bike, I don’t quite remember when was the last time I rode one of those… which is kind of weird. I used to ride my bike with all my siblings back when we were kids, just pick a random weekend afternoon and race all the way down the street, and then back up to the house— and whoever was last got to shower first before bed. Damn, and here I thought I’d get the scoop! At this point, you’re either in this movie and it’s been one of the best kept secrets of the entertainment industry, or the complete opposite and everyone just knows you’re in it because of the leaks. The other option being, of course, that you’re not in it at all, but I’d still like you, bro… you’re pretty rad.

As much as I love cake, I know I would get tired of it if I ate it every single day. It’s one of those things that’s great in moderation, but not in overload. I do love ice cream too. But the combination of both cake and ice cream is both nostalgic and magical. You know, I haven’t rode my bike in a bit either. I have it in the garage, but it probably could use some new tires and a bit of a clean up. Plus there are a ton of great trails to bike around in town. Well I guess you’ll just have to be patient and wait for yourself, just like everyone else. If I am in it, it would be a surprise for sure, even to me. But thank you, you’re pretty rad yourself.

After spending most of the day setting up everything just the way I like it – yes, I’m extremely particular – things already are starting to feel like home here. Which is great news to me because I was a ball of anxiety over the move here, let me tell you. But now I’m sitting down with a bottle glass of wine and have comfortably fallen in my favorite YouTube hole, old Saturday Night Live skits and digital shorts. Well first of all, welcome to town! I’m glad to hear you’ve gotten settled in and have started getting things organized to your liking. I feel like wine and YouTube is the perfect way to unwind and celebrate. But now I’m also wondering, just which SNL clips you’ve been watching. I have to admit, I fall down YouTube holes every once in a while. My most recent one was a range of different Dr. Phil episodes, which allowed me to learn all about how this one man refuses to take off his Batman mask. Don’t even get me started on all of the crazy teenagers that appear on that show. It’s a goldmine for boredom, I’m telling you. Lily Collins, boring and predictable? I don’t think that’s even possible.

Sweet Tooth will always be the one to pull you away from a workout and into their doors of sugary goodness. I can’t say I blame you, since I have a sweet tooth as well. But now I need to know what kind of cake it was. Because if it was good enough to pull you out of a jog, it must have been amazing.

That is definitely something I have noticed by looking at the town calendar.  I guess I was smart by choosing the time I did to come into town under the radar for the most part.  I agree yet I know some people can choose one or two that hit close to home for them that is why I asked.   I can understand it being one of your favorites for sure, cause of the inside workings of a platform many people use to this day and I think they will for years to come.  I am wonderful, thank you for asking.  

There’s always something fun happening around town. So you’ll never be bored. Plus if no one else hosts a Canada Day party, you could throw your own if you’re up for it. Did you happen to attend the beach party over this past weekend?

That’s what I was going to say, at least you know that he likes you? I’ve heard different theories for why they bring us the spoils of their hunts. I’m not sure which is right, but I’d much rather they just leave things outside and not worry so much about showing off what they got to us. They never do, mate, it’ll take them their whole lives to figure out that you don’t actually want the presents that they’re bringing, trust me! I’m glad to hear it, sometimes getting it all done at once can be a bit of a relief, too, the break that comes afterwards is ten times better that way, aye? It does, there’s just something nostalgic about sitting in the car and watching the movie up there on the big screen with your popcorn nearby, extra butter and all.

I appreciate the gesture, but still no. I’m flattered but what does he expect me to do with these gifts? I’m perfectly fine with them staying outside. Just as long as he doesn’t bring them through the pet door. That’s when we have a problem. I’m just thankful that he doesn’t do it all too often. Plus he does bring me other gifts, like useless garbage he finds laying around. But hey, at least he’s doing his part to help pick up any litter around town. I’m thankful I have a little bit of a break for a month or so. That way I can just sit back and enjoy all the summer events happening around town. Extra butter is a must. I always tell the concession workers to layer the butter in so there’s enough butter for every bite.

Thank you, man! It certainly was the absolute best way to spend the good ol’ four T’s, and I couldn’t have had it any other way. Only makes you wanna have a birthday every single day, just so you’re spoiled with presents and whatnot. Do you think you’ll wabble like a baby deer if you suddenly put on a pair of skates? I know it’s been a long, long time… but the body’s muscle memory can come pretty handy sometimes. Try it out and let me see how you go, bro. Who knows, maybe for next year I’ll have a huge rolling skating ring party and I’ll invite everybody in town. Now that we’re talking… here between us, are you gonna be in the next Spidey movie? My lips are sealed, wink wink.

I feel like I would be exhausted if I had a birthday every single day. That’s kind of like when a kid wants it to be Christmas every single day. Even though Christmas is amazing, it’s more special since it only comes around once a year. I think if I put on a pair of skates, I’d get the hang of it once again pretty quickly. I feel like it’s just like riding a bike. Muscle memory is absolutely amazing. I’ve seen videos online of older people who have lost their memories, but they sit down in front of a piano and their muscle memory kicks in and they manage to play a song perfectly. Let’s hit up the roller rink sometime then. We can practice our skating and get a lot better before your skate party next year. I feel like regardless of what I say, everyone is still going to believe that both Tobey and I are in it. You guys will just have to wait for it to come out so you can see for yourselves.
