Revenge of Others was literal insanity like I mean Park Wonseok gets murdered and the whole reason he gets murdered is because Gi Osung is absolute scum like the dots connecting are crazy!!

SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!

The timeline of events in question:

Park Wonseok is gay and dating a classmate

Gi Osung takes pics of them and uses said pics to blackmail Wonseok

And by blackmail I mean Osung bullies and uses Wonseok to bully other people

Which then makes everyone hate Wonseok and think he’s a terrible person to the point they were glad he died

But plot twist Seok Jaebum found out about Gi Osung and Kook Jihyun

Turns out Gi Osung was in love with Jihyun ( whose his step sister by the way)

And Jaebum had a video of them kissing and used that to blackmail Osung into leaving Wonseok alone

So Osung got mad and pushed Jaebum off the top of a freaking building

At which point Jaebum ended up in a coma and woke up with memory loss

So Osung used that to his advantage and gaslit Jaebum into believing that Wonseok was the one who pushed him off the building so much so that get this

Jaebum’s split personality or spirit of his dead twin brother (not quite sure which) ended up killing Wonseok

And then tried to make it seem like Sooheon was the one that did it

And Gi Osung knew this and covered up for him just so nobody would find out that he was the one who pushed Jaebum off the building in the first place!!

And to top it all off Osung got mad and went after Sooheon and used his step sister who he was supposedly in love with to do it by kidnapping her and threatening her with a knife

At which point they got into a fight and Osung ended up falling off the top of their school roof

And then every single student in that place covered for Sooheon to protect him

And that’s not even getting into the fact that Sooheon was going around beating the ever living shit out rapists and murders on the side for money or getting shot at by his girl who thought he was the one that did it for a hot second

Like hot damn y’all that shit was WILD!!!

PLEASE APPRECIATE TENDOU SATORI. this poor little red ribbon was bullied in elementary school. i just have this hc in my mind with poor kid tendou crying his eyes out in front of his parents after a volley practice because the other kids did not want him to play because they said he looked like a monster. he started playing volleyball because blocking one of his bullies’ spike made him feel good and he wanted to feel that same satisfaction over and over again, but you can clearly see from both the anime and the manga that even if he was good at it, he still struggled to make friends. teammates still talked behind his back. that was so real. like, kids are adorable and all, but they can also be so mean. and really, being good at something doesn’t mean you’ll be 100% accepted. i have this other hc in my head with tendou playing volleyball 24/7 after he got complimented by someone. and this other one with tendou seeing wakatoshi and thinking “wow” and despite being afraid of being rejected still tried to talk to wakatoshi. at first he thought it was just a one way conversation because waka’s not really looking at him as he’s talking, so tendou stops, but then after a second waka just goes, “and then?” and that’s like one of the most precious memories of tendou satori’s high school life. but enough of that, tendou’s such a bittersweet character, okay? he takes pride in his team, he 100% supports them, he compliments goshiki on his haircut AND WE CAN ALL GUESS WHY. and then after losing against karasuno he goes and says those words that broke us all. i think his “farewell my paradise” isn’t just about him quitting volleyball. it’s more than that, it’s volleyball played with his team, with shiratorizawa. JUST. JUST APPRECIATE TENDOU SATORI OKAY? HE MAY BE TALL AND HIS RED HAIR MAY LOOK FIERCE BUT THIS BOY NEEDS TO BE PROTECTED AT ALL COST. don’t let him quit volleyball furudate sensei. let him break more spikers’ hearts.

here just some of the many reasons why i love the shiratorizawa boys so much:

the trust the team has in ushijima and the trust ushijima has in them in return (“i can toss to him whenever and he will not let me down”/“you will see that we never weaken”)

DORMS. they probably spend more time around each other than any other team

they are attached to their jersey numbers, they all picked their training bibs in s4 to match their official uniform

ultimate in-game support of each other

like seriously - one of them: scores the rest, immediately:

don’t even get me started on all the “nice receives” everyone calls out constantly

(including shirabu. pls do yourself a favor and count how often he calls out encouraging things from off-screen you’ll be surprised by how high the number is)

they are a team of individuals. no one is required to hold back for the sake of someone else, everyone is always able to give it all they’ve got - even when it comes to mundane stuff like going for a run

apart from yamagata (who’s mainly responsible for receives) very few of them wear kneepads 

even shirabu and semi who don’t seem to have the best relationship and aren’t in the same grade are still in contact with each other after the time skip

the little team meetings they sometimes have on the court

i kinda hc that coach washijou encourages these team meetings?? his current concern is that “it seems to him that there are now fewer students who are independent thinkers” so it would make sense for him to let them work on their own strategies (with some guidance of course)

tendou with everyone else: creepy, borderline cruel tendou with the team: unconditional support

none of them were happy or relieved when tsukki had to leave in the middle of the match bc of his injury despite tsukki having blocked ushijima. they are good people 

like half of them went pro after the time skip! they all genuinely love volleyball so much

the lowkey crush admiration everyone has for ushijima

not ashamed to cry when they lost

ushijima: makes a mistake ushijima: turns to apologize to goshiki

all of the third years adore goshiki in general, it’s super cute

goshiki adores them too! in s4 he never hangs out with the other stz students but the moment his upperclassmen are back? he’s right back with the squad
