Beautiful Stuy Heights 1-bedroom garden apt with washer/dryer in-unit!

My husband and I are looking to sublet our lovely 1-bedroom garden apt. The apt is large and fully-furnished with a living/dining room area, a massive bedroom (with king bed) with an office nook, a back hallway with storage and in-unit washer/dryer (!!), and a beautifully redone, large bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is a great size for New York. The apt also has a large private backyard garden, a raised bed for veggies, and several seating areas. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, a smart TV (no cable), and in-window bedroom AC. Although it is a garden apt, there's plenty of sunlight during the day, esp in the bedroom. The apt has its own private entrance under the stoop.

Located in a renovated brownstone, the apt is about a 10-minute walk along Stuyvesant ave from the A at Utica and a 12-minute walk to the J/Z at Gates. We're close to Saraghina, Bar Lunatico, Nana Ramen, L'Antagoniste, Peaches, Lover's Rock, etc. If you have a car, street parking is readily available.

The building is comprised of three other apartments and is very friendly including a wonderful live-in landlord. We've lived here for four years and love the neighborhood. Given the current environment, we're hoping to find someone who would appreciate the private entrance, in-unit washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. We'd especially love to find someone who will take care of and appreciate the garden. You're welcome to plant whatever you want in the raised beds (there are some herbs and strawberry plants there already) and we have a number of pots in the back that can be used as well.

Ideally, we'd want someone from May 15th to August 15th, but we can be flexible depending on what you're looking for. We could also be flexible on price, which includes includes utilities.
