I'd suspect it'd be easier in some ways than others. With unlimited time to do some social engineering, they could easily get pretty much all the devotion they would need on the internet. The more hands-on stuff (sacrifices) would need only a little extra planning.

Also, it would definitely not be worth trying to explain to everyone what a sheep is

The book mentioned is called "the subtle art of not giving a fuck" it's a super fun read. It lacks guidance of what to do with your energy once you've stop putting it in the wrong places, but so much people need to learn how to not give a fuck!
