Yes this is the only thing that all of our family thought about it. Everyday we ask ourselves  if we going to live anymore or not .  Everyday in this cruel war we imagine one of us dead and feeling so sad about what will happen next day.

Now after the war all the building are destroyed here and there is no life around us please we need to evacuate 🙏🥺

Please help my kids and my family to evacuate from here. Gaza now is not for human being living we need you support to stand with 18 members of the family to travel to another place that could find some peace and start new life without wars.  We live in many wars and we are so tired.

Long rambly post about Ibara Saegusa and AsPD under the cut, because I am so very normal about ibanyan

(copy pasted from my Google docs of Ibara Ted Talks, don't mind the grammar)

this may very well end up being convoluted n what not, so like... this is just a glorified ramble i can’t even lie

So... Ibara Saegusa, am i right?

for this, imma take some of the characteristics that are canonical/ heavily implied (looking at u bogie time) and listen them, and make the correlations with AsPD

(For those not aware, AsPD stands for Antisocial Personality Disorder, also called sociopathy, which is a disorder mainly characterized by a lack of empathy towards others, disruptive conduct of some kind, and aggressive or impulsive conduct, between many other factors)

Ibara is shown, in canon to:

Have been abandoned as a child

had misconduct towards people above her (mainly speaking we see this with Ibara towards Yuzuru)

Shows no remorse or guilt over manipulating others

Shown misconduct towards others private life (the information beurau as a whole)

Shows easily irritable behaviour (either shown as a joke, or her actually getting aggresive)

Has issues over her own self worth

there are other things that i may touch more in each point i make but for now, i’m going with these 6

it may seem dumb to note Ibara’s upbringing at first, however, it becomes way more relevant when it is put into perspective facts from developmental psychology, mainly that a children’s personality is only fully developed around it’s 7 to 8 years of age. Ibara was first left in an orphanage, and at a later age, around 10, was put to join the private military camp together with Yuzuru. This is an awful early age for a child to be put into a situation like this. Ibara had no guardian figure that was worth following, and as such, he started at an early age having misconducts. The earliest ones we can find are his attempts to murder Yuzuru in the private military camp.

Even then, Ibara has a history with not exactly legal/ socially acceptable conduct. Be it the canon Information Beareu she formed on ES, her highly manipulative acts, and many other manipulation and lies based actions she has taken. Ibara also shows little to no remorse over the big majority of action she has taken unless she is actively faced with the consequences of said actions (feelign guilt over the Crazy:B confession after Rinne “ruined her plans”). In general, Ibara only actively shows some form of remorse when the opposite reaction from what she expected comes to her meet.

Ibara is shown to be not too difficult to irritate, though it is usually shown as a gag or a joke, with her sending death threats or wanting to kill herself, ibara is actually someone that cannot fully hold her tongue when irritated, which also can lead to situations where she will belittle others (Literally half the time she gets mad at Nagisa she ends up in such a way)

the biggest thing, however, that i want to use as my, between many quotes, “”””“proof”””” of Ibara’s ASPD is her self image.

Ibara holds the idea that she needs to have a meaning in life, a purpose and fulfill that purpose so that she has succeeded. Ibara deals with a great lot of trauma over abandonment, and having no one she could trust or hold on, sometimes due to the external world, other times due to her own aversion of being vulnerable to someone.

With ASPD, the person may fall into 2 ways: following the misconduct of not good examples of caretakers they had in the ambients they frequented, OR doing misconducts and falling into manipulatory behaviour as a way to feel control and gain something from social itneractions that otherless feel non impactful to their life.

Due to the lack of a proper caretaker to be used as a primal example, a person with ASPD may very well not have had the necessary brain correlations to interpret that certain actions are bad and other actions are good.

Ibara, in itself, lacked any proper caretaker as a primal example, and much more was faced with the fact of abandonment as a child, which led to her developing unhealthy methods to cope, such as manipulating other to have some form of gain, much like many did to her during middle school, and when in the face of that not working, relying on legal or social misconduct to get things to go as she planned.

ASPD may have a very low to non existent empathy, due mainly to the own trauma the person experienced, and their need to not view it as a trauma. with ASPD, feelings of vulnerability are scary, and unwanted, so having an upperhand, a control, is important to them. That is why most of them are manipulative. that is why most of them can have aggressive or violent behaviour upon being forced in a vunerable position.

this may very well not be a good analysis, or, also, be just a rambly mess, but at least i put my thoughts into the paper, which is what i wanted

As someone who’s a big Pomefiore fan, I also have a big problem with the dorm uniforms. I actually quite like the uniforms, BUT. In comparison, some aspects feel lackluster solely because of the formatting of the game. Less of a criticism of the designs themselves and more of them in the context of the game. Now, onto the uniforms themselves first. LOVE the kimono-style twist on the Evil Queen’s dress, very elegant. When looking at the full bodies, the eye (at least, my eye) is drawn downwards towards the middle and bottom because of the stronger gold accents on the shoes and sleeves. The sleeves are one of the focal points, along with the burgundy and gold tassels and the shoes. That’s where the problem starts. When playing the story game, we’re usually viewing characters from waist up, and when behind the text box, elbow up. With Pomefiore’s dorm uniform, it’s severely lacking in visual interest, since the focal points are cut off by the screen. Now, we’re going to be focusing on Vil’s uniform. His is actually one of my favorites, but it suffers even more than the others because of his long train. Take a design like Riddle’s dorm uniform. He also has a strong silhouette on his bottom half, but because there’s a lot more going on near his chest and his crown is a strong, bold statement piece, it keeps your eyes occupied. A lot of the dorm uniforms have hats or headpieces that keep that visual interest upwards, and with those that don’t have either like Savanaclaw, there’s more going on around the neck, with their bold jewelry and patterns and the variation in sleeves and shirt collar types.

I’ve actually made a little simpler explanation with the sprites.

I really hope this doesn’t sound nitpicky to anyone. I really do like the design, I just wish there was a stronger focus around the top like the others since that’s where our eyes are almost the entire game.

one of the interesting things about the student council arc is that utena's insistence that anthy is a Totally Normal Girl is, yes, her projecting her ideas about what anthy Should Be onto her and unintentionally molding anthy to fit that image, encouraged by some subtle manipulations from anthy herself (like the blatant lie about anthy Wanting More Friends), but, um, also......she's right! anthy is just a normal girl. she isn't magically beholden to obeying whoever is 'engaged' to her. she thinks of herself as the "Rose Bride" and a "doll without a heart" to cope with her situation and her abuse at akio's and the world's hands but she is in fact a human girl with wants and desires and emotions and the agency to make her own choices. yes her finding the strength to seek freedom from the system and her role in it is much more complicated than utena just telling her to tell touga she doesn't want to do it anymore, and it's good that utena got the shock to the system of losing a duel to re-evaluate how she's been approaching her relationship with anthy up to this point. but ultimately even in episode 11 when utena is arguably at her most wrong and arrogant in how she handles the situation with anthy, she is still unknowingly far more correct about anthy than touga could ever be. she really is just a normal girl named anthy himemiya.

and utena is able to recognize that even as she is in some ways very wrong about her and her situation because utena has not bought into the fundamental premise of the dueling system. touga laughs at utena when utena unintentionally 'orders' anthy to tell touga she hates being the rose bride because it's funny to him that utena doesn't get it, but it's precisely because she doesn't get it that she's able to see anthy's humanity when no one else does. utena's naivete is often the subject of derision by fans (and certainly by the other characters), and in many respects it is a character flaw that leads her astray and unintentionally hurts others. but it can also be a strength that allows her to reject false constructs that other characters take for granted as true and instead see through to the fundamental reality of anthy's situation in ways even anthy is not yet prepared to do. only a fool would think the rose bride is just a normal girl. but didn't you know? utena is a fool.

Unpopular opinion but the reason being a teenager sucks is less to do with hormones and social cliques and more to do with the fact adults fucking hate teenagers. The fact that adults expect teenagers to be able to take on adult responsibilities yet don't deserve rights of an adult. They don't see teenagers as human beings and they aren't prepared to see kids with their own formed identities and humanity. Teenagers are so sexualized and seen as needing to take on more and more adult responsibilities. Yet when they want rights and humanity they are denied. The years your brain spends wanting nothing more than to form an identity are being taken away from you. Teenagers are essentially being kicked out of social spaces unless they have an extra 40 dollars lying around anytime they want to go out. Teenagers being kicked out of the mall just for existing or groomed into the school to prison pipeline. And now creating legislation to keep them off the Internet. Our society hates teenagers. And does everything we can to hurt them. The fact that anyone makes it out of their teenage years without trauma is a fucking miracle frankly.

There's an EU initiative going on right now that essentially boils down to wanting to force videogame publishers with paid games and/or games with paid elements such as DLC, expansions and microtransactions to leave said games in a playable state after they end support, or in simpler terms, make them stop killing games.

A "playable state" would be something like an offline mode for previously always online titles, or the ability for people to host their own servers where reasonably possible just to name some examples.

I don't think I need to tell anyone that having something you paid for being taken from you is bad, which is a thing that routinely happens with live service and other always online games with a notable recent example being The Crew which is now permanently unplayable.

Even if you're not European or you signed it already, you can share this initiative with anyone who is, even if they don't care about videogames specifically because this needs a million signatures and there is different thresholds that need to be met for each EU country for their votes to even count and could also be a precedent for other similar practices like when Sony removed a bunch of Discovery TV content people paid for.
