Cutting toxic people out of our life is not selfish, it's a form of self-care, the proof that you're being conscious about your surroundings, and stop channeling your energy towards those who broke you.

It's okay to be nice to people, but do remember that your heart is the one you need to take care of the most. When it's too much, it's fine to let go.
