Losing my mind at the fact that diamond wants the stone hearts to guard their cornerstones like their LIFE. And aventurine just broke his,,, into a bunch of little pieces.
To the point that Sunday even regards them as useless jewels in his bag.
Despite the fact that those “useless” jewels are representative of Aventurine’s own life.
It speaks volumes about how fast he was ready to give up his cornerstone, and the underlying implications of that idea.
Thinking about Sunday and Robin again, feel free to read my jumbled thoughts.
Two siblings who were once inseparable with shared dreams who are bound to never see each other again.
But at least Sunday can still hear her voice. Hear her songs. He can see her in posters and magazines. Sunday can watch as his sister soars while he’s stuck to the ground with clipped wings.
I doubt that the ‘Sunday joins the stellaron hunters’ thing is going to be canon, but just. Hear me out for a moment,,,
Whereas Sunday watches Robin fly free in advertisements and commercials, Robin sees Sunday in wanted posters.
The juxtaposition of that. How Robin alludes to her fame being its own cage in her trailer and Sunday just moving from one confined cage to another.
Anyway really hope they can find some semblance of happiness and freedom, even if it’s apart.
I love the implications of boothill’s message here. We know that Ratio was helping out with finding the dolls but the imagery of him walking around the ship with that plaster on his head is hilarious.
Especially to a character like Boothill who is unfamiliar with Ratio’s mannerisms.
I imagine Ratio was walking around the ship while everyone was scrambling around him, mumbling insults under his breath while wearing that bust. Which just adds to the frantic confusion of everyone around him.
