⋆。‧˚Break up ʚ with ɞ your phone.˚‧。⋆

Excessive screen time and phone addiction can lead to a reduction in gray matter in the brain.
Gray matter is a crucial type of brain tissue that is essential for everyday human functioning, as it is responsible for various processes, including movement, memory, and emotions.
While it is natural for gray matter to decrease with age, excessive screen time and phone addiction can accelerate this decline.

Becoming Her: You're Already There!

And how do I know this? Because for years, I was my own biggest bully. Healing that part of me is something I'm learning to do one day at a time.
Last night, I had a really good journaling sess for the first time in a while. It hit me: I already am everything I desire to be. I already am my higher self, even if this current "reality" — the 3D — isn’t showing it yet. And so are you!
You might say this way of thinking is "delulu" or "faking it till you make it," which is maaaybe a little true. But your mind literally shapes your perspective.
Example: I could walk up to you right now and compliment your hairstyle. To me, it's one of the coolest things I've seen today — but if you’re not happy with it, you might ignore or brush off my compliment.
You made “my hair sucks” part of your reality, your "truth" — even though no one has bashed your hair.
No one can shape your world/truth unless you let them.
You're in full control of how you react, the career you choose, the pants you wear. You're also in full control of any limitations or beliefs you’ve picked up — whether from yourself or from others.
If someone says you look better in red, that doesn't make it a fact. It doesn't mean every other color suddenly looks bad on you. That’s their perception of you — their world. If you feel like you look better in blue, then you do. Because it’s your world, and you said so.
You say your dream self is kindhearted, soft, confident, healthy — mentally and physically. Okay, now stop imagining a gap between that version and the you now. There’s no gap anymore.
From here on out, no matter what the 3D shows, you are who you just described. Each day and every action — you become softer. You set your first boundary. You feel more at peace because you journaled or meditated this week. And you might think, "This is only the beginning. I’m not there yet."
Thing is, you are.
You’re doing what your higher self would do. You’re shifting.
No matter what your current beliefs are, you have all the power to rewrite them. You made your old beliefs "true," so you can make new ones true too.
And yes, it's absolutely going to feel like lying to yourself at first. But if you've believed in one thing for years, of course it may take just as many to believe in another.
No one's perception of you is you. YOU know who you are.
You shape your reality.
And I wholeheartedly believe that you and I are already everything we need to be — we're just now learning to see it.
xo, Kay 🪽

Non-Aesthetic Fitness and Health Goals 🏃🏼♀️🥥🧘🏼♀️
Here are some health and wellness goals that don’t revolve around weight or appearances. Working out shpuld always be for your health and well-being rather than looks. You have one body and you have to be able to make it last. Your body is the house where your soul lives.
To be able to fully touch your toes.
To run a mile nonstop (doesn’t matter the pace just to not stop)
Do a handstand
To be able to do the splits
10 regular push-up
10 pull ups unassisted
To be able to swim a mile nonstop (same as the running)
To have good posture and core strength
Walk/jog a 5k
To be able to lift half your body weight (great goal to build up to and very practical for real life)
To get off the ground without using your hands (amazing for as you age being able to get up easier)
Be able to balance on one foot for a minute at a time.
To be able to sit in an Asian squat (great for mobility in all your leg joints)
To reduce joint pain. (Depending on the specific joint pain it can be caused by lack of strength in the muscles around the leg and you can look up specific workouts for your problem)
To improve in your chosen sport
That’s all I have for now. I wanted these goals to be attainable (some are easier than others) and not based on how you look because not only is it discouraging but it’s also not as fun to only think about looks. These goals are also great for longevity of your body and also safety. Being strong and fit is a privilege. Let me know if you guys have any questions!
Xoxo 💋

How I sculpt my waistline.

I enjoy enhancing my natural assets, and since I’ve always had a tiny waist, I’ve focused on making it even more defined to get that Audrey cinched waist silhouette. I really like to bring out my best features to make them truly stand out and become real wow factors, it's one of my favorite beauty tips that consistently delivers great results. By employing a range of targeted strategies and maintaining consistency with the methods I’ve adapted I’ve been able to achieve a more sculpted and defined waistline. My approach involves a combination of disciplined routines and personalized techniques that have evolved over time.
I <3 stomach vacuums. I perform them countless times a day without thinking about it, and since it can be done anywhere with minimal effort, it's an excellent habit to cultivate. I particularly enjoy engaging and working the muscles around and within my waist. It will contribute to a more defined midsection by targeting the TVA, which is essential for stabilizing and supporting your internal organs, and it enhances core stability, effectively tightening the abdominal area and improving overall posture. This method is infallible, and while many will insist it’s effective, I strongly recommend using it as a supplementary approach.
I maintain a rigorous regimen to support my health and physique by drinking an abundant amount of water daily. My diet consists primarily of fresh fruits and fish, and I avoid processed foods and sugar like the plague. I start each day with a glass of water on an empty stomach to kickstart my metabolism and drink a lot of spring water throughout the day. In addition to this, I also incorporate green juices and fruit juices into my routine for added nutrients and freshness, I always include some collagen supplements to support skin and joint health, and regularly consume nuts.
Every other morning, as soon as I wake up, I perform Alexis Ren's ab workout, it's a rigorous, highly effective routine that only takes 10 minutes and it is designed to target every aspect of the abdominal muscles. The workout includes a series of exercises that engage the upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and transverse abdominis but I always make sure to skip the obliques. By incorporating this routine into my morning ritual, I effectively kick-start my metabolism and enhance my core stability and I always follow up with a tall, refreshing glass of water.
To achieve a more pronounced hourglass figure and make your waist appear smaller than it actually is, the most effective approach is to focus on enhancing the size of your glutes and lats. Ironically, performing too many ab workouts can make your waist appear larger which I do not want. This look is obviously not everyone's cup of tea, and you can totally skip working out the lats if it doesn’t appeal to you. Just make sure you don’t overdo it, and keep in mind that an extreme physique is highly unlikely unless you spend excessive time in the gym or use steroids.
I intentionally avoid working out my obliques because targeting the obliques and other side muscles can sometimes contribute to a wider appearance. I would really recommend avoiding working out the obliques at all costs because doing so can actually make your waist look wider. Engaging in side exercises can cause the waist to expand too, which is the exact opposite of the streamlined, narrow look I aim for. I want my waistline to remain as slim and defined as possible so I skip them in all my workouts.

being put together pretty⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍨💓

TAKE CARE OF THE BASE ;
and by base i mean ur body. before u do anything how do u look and feel? keeping up with ur hygiene and taking care of urself properly makes a world of a difference and its what we should be doing first and foremost. make sure that ur base is ready and pretty cuz it makes u look a billion times more put together. some ways to take care of ur base include ->
♡ using tongue scraper and flossing (oral health maintenance) ♡ showering 1-2x a day and moisturizing with lotion to stay soft ♡ moving ur body everyday to keep ur body tea ♡ sleeping 8-10 hours a night
THE TRINITY ;
the trinity of being put together is hair, face, and scent. so lets start with ur hair. when ur hair is done you IMMEDIATELY look a billion times better. make sure that ur hair is done beautifully and you've already made urself look more put together. as long as ur hair and face look pretty and u smell good, you're basically set.
♡ doing ur edges makes ur hair look more put together ♡ watch content creators who have similar hair textures as u so that then u can learn cute hairstyles and tricks on how to maintain ur hair
now unto ur face, make sure that ur face is washed and fresh. make sure that ur makeup is done prettily. know what works for ur face and master it through practice. if u dont have a lot of time, curl ur lashes and put on a bit of mascara in a wiggling motion (or just get ur lashes done) put on some bb cream and some lipgloss and ur good to go.
♡ some of my favorite mascaras are the essence lash princess curl and volume mascara, maybelline lash sensational and the two faced damn girl 24-hour volumizing and lengthening mascara
♡ some of my favorite lipglosses include the nyx butter gloss (literally all of them), any of the VS secret glosses, the nyx FAT lip oil, and the kiko milano 3D hydra lipgloss (05)
and last but certainly not least is our scent. so make sure that ur taking a shower everyday and using deodorant, sweet smelling soaps, creams and nectars and a yummy perfume. put perfume on ur pulse points (don't rub) and put perfume on ur clothes.
some more things that help me look more put together is things like getting my nails done, accessorizing adequately in my outfits and opting for matching sets/tracksuits.
