I learn more about the five areas of Personal Development and those are Physiological, Cognitive, Social and Emotional, Spiritual and Psychological Development. In Physiological it includes five senses, in Cognitive it has to aspects which are the cognition and attitude, in Social and Emotional it describe as out inherent or innate and that include emotion and feelings, in Spiritual characterized discovery and experience, and lastly the Psychological it’s the growth and development of the person.

I learned more of the topic on how am I get to know more myself, also to be self-aware, I must attempt to be non-judgmental and unbiased in assessing and understand more myself. It also helps me to focus more of myself and understand my actions, thoughts or emotions do or don’t align with my internal standards.
