#@prev yay!!!!!! yes i recommend <3#like yeah i didn’t know what to expect going in because i heard no one talking about it before watching#and yeah ck was a mess near the end#but this movie was so refreshing#like if this is the new direction the tkk/ck universe is taking im very ok with it#writing was great acting was great the fight scenes were CRAZY#the new kid was great#i hated mr han in the 2010 movie but in this he actually was a good character#but yeah surprisingly it all came together really well#i cried in some scenes like holy shit it was GOOD#and for anyone worried. without spoilers i will say that this isnt a story that focuses on anything that happened in ck#THOUGH!!!! it very clearly takes place after s6. like without a doubt#also make sure to watch the after credit scene

#this movie was so fucking good#not just as a karate kid movie#it was just a good movie#like it felt in place in the kk universe while still being its own movie#i loved it so much#i saw it a month late and the theater was still packed#everyone was still cheering and clapping when a cool scene happened#like. the theater felt alive and i havent had that in any movie in years#anyway. highly recommend watching this#karate kid: legends
