Hello! I'm definitely not the best to explain this, as I'm bad at explanations, but I'll try my best! I'll also be dropping my caregiver state for a bit, so it's easier! Petre, as a term, is short for pet regression, such as agere is short for age regression. Pet regression is very similar to age regression, but instead of a younger state, it's a state more akin to an animal! This varies for different people how deep they go, and how they experience and practice it, but it's similar, while also being different! As always, it is a sfw coping mechanism! You can find more detailed (and better) explanations on tumblr from people who practice pet regression and with better explanation skills! I've had similar experiences to yours, and I know they're dreadful to go through. But I promise it'll get better, sweetheart. I promise you it will.~ I very much understand not wanting him to know anymore, and while we can't erase his memories (which, while convenient, wouldn't be very nice) we can look at the logic. If you're in an unsafe situation, then he most likely will not tell anyone (as he hasn't in the past). Even if you're in a safe situation, I would hope for the same~ If you feel unsafe and don't trust him I would suggest slowly drifting away, which I generally always say is the safest option. Not responding as much, things of such nature. No straightforward animosity, just quiet, so nobody gets angry~ I truly wish I could help you more sweetie, I wish I could. But please remember, you can always come here and talk, ask for comfort, vent, anything you need to. You are ALWAYS safe here~ Take care of yourself, little one. Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry you had to see that, that's not nice for a little one to see at all!~ I understand completely how scary it is little one, that must've been quite a shock to your system somewhere you thought was safe, but let me reaffirm something to you~ There will ALWAYS be safe places for agere, petre, agedre, and petdre. Many places may be unsafe, and all you little darlings must be careful around them, but you can always find somewhere where you'll be safe. Like here, for example! I will not tolerate people harassing those in my manor. I have anons on for this reason, so you can stay safe~ So remember, no matter how scared you are, you are always safe here, sweetie.~ Take care of yourself, drink some water, eat something even if it's small, and rest my lovelies~ You will always be welcome in the manor~

I'm very sorry about all that darling, that sounds very difficult. However, I shall share my personal methods that may work, or may not!~ ~ This is one I've done many times: Using ASMR! Specifically character/roleplay asmr. They don't have ASMR trigger sounds, and it's just someone talking. There are ones for agere specifically you can find on youtube (A simple search of "agere asmr"), and there's also other ones, both for characters from fandoms or original characters. My personal favorites for sleep are ones where they talk for the first 5-10 minutes, then it's just breathing (search "sleep aid asmr"). These just make sure there is someone there! If you like normal trigger asmr, that'd work too! ~ ~ Listening to audiobooks! Then somebody is reading to you, and you aren't alone! There are plenty you can find on Youtube, and there's this playlist on Spotify with people who read disney stories! ~ ~ Music! Very similar to the other two, but may or may not be less helpful. Making a playlist of songs that make YOU feel safe can help! ~ ~ Watching content you enjoy! Whether a content creator or a show, this can help quite a bit! I used to do this when I was anxious to sleep! ~ ~ Of course, I'll always say curl up in stuffies. Putting a bunch of them against your back can make it feel like there's someone there! If you have a heating pad/a plushie you can heat, this can help also! ~ ~ Wearing yourself out! A little exercise goes a long way, if that is something you're physically capable of. It helps tucker a little one out! ~ Of course, these suggestions may not work for you! We're all different. These are just what I have used, as someone who used to have issues with sleeping, and these have all helped! I hope something here helps you sweetheart, and even if they don't, that they point you in the right direction!~ I hope it gets better sweetie, and you're able to find something to help! Sweet dreams little one, and take care of yourself~

That's a wonderful question, sweetheart! I have since noticed my introduction post doesn't quite clarify, so I shall here then update it~ Victor and Angel are always on the table, as are shortened versions of said names (Vic, Angie, etc)~ I am also very happy with Papa, Dada, Buba/Bubba, Big Brother, etc. I generally don't like feminine names, but I am perfectly good with Mama~ I am not totally comfortable with Daddy, but if it happens I understand!~ You are welcome to try whatever other names you'd like, and I'll say if I dislike them! If people would like, they can send names in and I'll compile a post of them to say how I feel with it, but otherwise, just do what you feel comfortable with!~ And don't stress lovelies, I'll never get angry no matter what you call me!
