loving reminder as someone who struggles with food: you are allowed to add joy to your food. you are allowed to add a little joy even if it’s a tiny thing, something silly or something weird. you are allowed to do it whenever you want, as many times as you want. anything that makes food easier and more enjoyable for you is worth it!! it’s your food, you can decide what to do with it!! you can add rainbow sprinkles to your ice cream. you can cut your food into little heart shapes. you can pack your snacks into cute little bento boxes. it is not pointless or childish, it is an effective and active coping tool that you are allowed to use.
give yourself a little joy. the little things add up.

i thought the cheesy bread would be a safe option but it isnt . why would they put the spice under the cheese i cant even pick it off thte bread now
kudos to people who can handle spicy food i cant handle any spice like i got some cheesy bread but its like got spices in it and i lost my appetite (my stomach still growls). "It's not spicy" then why does my mouth burn "it's not THAT spicy" maybe i am more sensitive to spicy things bitch

getting carry out hibachi is never a good idea idk why i thought this time would b alright. it was all in the same container and the sushi i ate had a weird unpleasant taste that i didn't like (it was in a container w pickled ginger which i think was the cause) and the texture of the fried rice is weird too arghg i hate food sensory issues this fucking sucks!!!!!!!

i don't forget to eat, i just ignore being hungry because literally nothing is appetizing at that moment, and trying to eat something would just result in it being left unfinished and being thrown away
like ill just go "hm im hungry", think about what is available to eat, realize i dont want any of it, and then proceed to ignore it until the food seems appetizing enough
