loving the way that five's neurodivergence is off the fucking charts in these images from castrovalva.

there's something to be said about the similarities between post-regeneration trauma and panic attacks, overstimulation, meltdowns, manic episodes, etc. it's definitely not a direct link, but the signs and symptoms are comparable.

jumpiness/hyperactivity or exhaustion/a total physical shutdown. racing around one second and passing out the next.

paranoia, anxiety, and disorientation. feeling pressured or rushed, feeling distrustful towards friends (looking at you, Six), wanting to run away/hide.

forgetfulness and obsessiveness. forgetting words, names, and faces, but remembering tiny, unrelated details and obsessing over them.

being easily frustrated and agitated, sometimes snapping at others or brushing them off. preferring isolation.

dissociating, "zoning out," being distracted by minute details: soft sounds, colors, smells, uncomfortable textures (sensory overload). double points for barely-audible sounds driving you up the fucking wall.

we've seen other time lords regenerate on screen, and they usually have similar symptoms, but nowhere near as severe. the doctor is just the most neurodivergent time lord ever, so they have different PRT.

Hilarious how fanon has Dick absolutely thrilled with the idea of siblings to the point of going out and getting them himself.

Dick Grayson has never in his life been thrilled to get a sibling.

We all know his problems with Jason.

Tim had to keep showing up and pestering him for months until Dick sorta liked him and then it took the whole Prodigal/Dick!bats thing before he got to ‘I would die for you’ levels of love.

He considered Damian just an annoying brat no one liked and then his responsibility and it took actually working together for a while before he actually liked the kid.

Like, he loves them when he warms up to them, and he would “kill everyone in this room and then myself” if anyone hurt them… but it takes him way longer than a day and a half to get there.
